Newly renovated apartment ideal for your holiday in Chamonix. Sleeps up to 5 in one double bedroom and a cabin-bedroom with bunk beds -140 cm lower bed, 90 cm upper bed for persons 6 years and upwards)). Lovely balcony with uninterrupted views of the Mont Blanc. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, well appointed living/dining room. Underground parking (1 car) and ski locker available.
Walking distance to the centre of town (300 metres) to easily access shops, restaurants and numerous local activities. Easy access to local buses and the main bus station (500 metres).

We wish we found this beautiful apartment sooner. Our host was amazing. The apartment was walking distance to the town centre. Private and secure parking space was a good size especially for our 7-seater. The view of Mont Blanc spectacular and blessed with a large size balcony. Having a decent size kitchen with all the equipment, crockery, cutlery etc was next level. And a laundry made life easy especially after being on the road for nearly 3 weeks. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is very clean and everything you need is there. The view is amazing: Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. And walking into town is only a few minutes.

Enjoyed having a balcony and beautiful mountain view, with the edge of town only a 10 minute walk, yet away from the noise and crowds. Although the walk at night in that area, and the parking garage situation, were both a little sketchy and it’s challenging to get to your car. The apartment was mostly adequate, but lacking some living furniture (as pictured) and the dishes I pulled out weren’t clean. Was glad to be able to do some laundry. Do note that it is a dryer rack, not a machine however. Communication with management was good and the check-in staff that met us there were accommodating.

This apartment is situated in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of all amenities and the views from the balcony are amazing. It's equipped with everything you need, clean and very comfortable for our 2weeks stay. staycomfortable

Our family of 3 had a great stay at Karen's place. The place is very clean, bright and has incredible views. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and eating out on the balcony. The apartment is a quick short walk from the town center, yet far enough to be in a quieter neighborhood, which we appreciated during UTMB week. Karen and her team are very friendly and responsive, and check-in / check-out couldn't have been easier. We really hope to return!

It was a great base for exploring Chamonix for our family of 4. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. It’s a short walk to town but is in a quieter section which we appreciated. Check in and communication all smooth. Can’t wait to come back and explore the area in a different season

Property was exactly as advertised. We arrived earlier than 4pm and were most grateful to be able to access the apartment a bit earlier. Viktor showed us in and was most welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The views from the apartment took our breath away, there can’t be a better view in Chamonix. The town was an easy short walk with plenty of food shops, cafes and restaurants. We chose to eat in most of the time though so that we could enjoy those views. We made good use of the free train tickets given to tourists at their accommodation; the nearest stop was Les Moussoux, a request stop, about 10 minutes walk but Aguille du Midi was not much further and the main Chamonix Mont Blanc station about a 15 minute walk. Would throughly recommend as a place to stay in Chamonix.

Great little apartment with an amazing view, just a short walk into central Chamonix. The oly weird thing is the doors are mostly sliding doors and the toilet and shower doors don't fully lock or latch, so make sure whoever you are staying with you are on good terms with! The check in process was very easy with the management company showing us around, and the communication with Karen was a breeze - she is super responsive and helpful. Would really recommend this place especially for the view.

This is a great place andjust a quick walk to chamonix center. The condo is modern and comfy with a spectacular view. We didn't have a car but there is patting on site.

This is a comfortable unit located close to the town centre with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. It is well equipped in terms of appliances and kitchen utensils, and we enjoyed our stay. Our small quibble was the absence of some of the things we have become accustomed to in other VRBO‘s, such as paper towels, hand soap in the kitchen, more than one dish towel, and extra garbage bags. Small things but they are inconvenient for travellers to have in their luggage and supply on their own, and would have been useful.

The apartment was just wonderful. The location could not have been better, it was actually phenomenal. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It was close to everything we did during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there was even a salad spinner. Karen was a great host, the communication could not have been better. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous balcony with amazing views of Mont Blanc. Great to have both a table to eat at and comfy chairs to relax on on the balcony. Perfect location, close to shops, 0.7miles to train station, and very close to Chamonix Sud bus station. Very accommodating with allowing us a flexible check in time. My wife and I had a wonderful 11 day holiday in Chamonix and this apartment contibuted so much to our enjoyment. The apartment was spotlessly clean, incredibly well equipped and the bed was supremely comfortable, even for our old muscles and bones. It is perfectly situated in a quiet sreet but is little more than a short stroll away from all the restaurants and shops and with the free buses passing close by the whole of the Chamonix valley is within easy reach.

We had a brilliant stay at Karen’s apartment. The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk to all shops, bars, restaurants and Chamonix Sud bus station which takes you to all ski areas. The apartment itself had everything we needed and and more than enough space for 3 people. Communication with Karen was great and she was very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone and I’m sure we’ll be back!

Had an amazing stay at Karen's place in Chamonix. Best view in town? Quite possibly. Perfectly located, just a few minutes walk to the town center which was great during the chaos of UTMB week. Close to the action, but quiet and peaceful. Apartment was well equipped. We did little cooking with so many great restaurant options within walking distance, but it seemed there was everything you would need if you decided to dine in. The deck and views are just fantastic. We spent a lot of time enjoying Mt. Blanc, good wine, and great company. Onsite parking is a plus as parking in Chamonix can really be a challenge. To be honest, we rarely used our car as everything was in walking distance, but it was nice to have. Karen and her team were great in their communication. We arrived a day late due to flight delays but were met onsite and given a personal tour. Highly recommended!

A beautiful appartement, perfect for our Chamonix short break. Very well equipped, modern and comfortable, the flat was very spacious for our party of 3. Sitting on the large balcony looking across at Le Mont Blanc was such a pleasure. The secure garage was perfect for our mountain bikes but didn’t fit our VW van, however we easily found safe on street parking opposite the building in the tranquil setting of Rue les Pecles. The hosts were so kind and couldn’t do enough for us. The short walk into the centre of town meant we could pop into town whenever needed. We would all thoroughly recommend this appartement.

A delightful apartment that is even better than in the pictures. Renovated to a very high standard with one of the best views in Chamonix. Bathroom is lovely. Very close to the town centre. Chamonix Ski hire is very close by and very convenient if you need gear. Le Savoy ski area is quite a walk in ski boots so we ended up driving to the slopes after the first day.
