ALL THE LAST FLOOR ( 90 m2 ) of a typical savoyard chalet completely renovated,decorated traditional wood and stone,with a balcony facing mont blanc, AMAZING and panoramic view on the chain of the mont blanc,triple exposure,south,east,west,very peacefull, NEAR downtown, SKILIFTS and forest. BED SHEET SUPPLIED the beds are made at your arrival .

We loved the magnificent view from the deck, the comfortable seating in the living room, the well equipped kitchen and especially the wonderful beds and bedding. The hill walk up from downtown Chamonix was challenging but we tackled it every day of our weeklong stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s apartment.We stayed for 3 months and have no complaints.Daniel was very helpful with any queries we had.The photos do not to it justice, the main living space is much bigger than it looks in the photos, and the balcony view is just stunning.

The apartment is perfectly located in between the city centre and the ski slopes and we found it clean and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Daniel has been helpful to address all our needs. The chalet was perfect. Great facilities (but note no towels provided, we had to buy some). Geat views. Up a hill but walkable to town. Steep on the way up. Host was lovely and very helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay and it is highly recommended.

Staying at Daniel's property was perfect for my spouse & I. I think it'd also work for a family, or at max 1 other couple since there is only 1 toilette & 1 shower. The listing is accurate, check-in was easy. The location is great - close to Chamonix busyness but quiet for morning coffee or evening wine on the porch. We will definitely be back when more lifts are open! (We went in shoulder season). Thanks again, Daniel!

Daniel's chalet in Chamonix is perfect in every way. Very comfortable beds, very spacious, everything you need in the kitchen and a STUNNING view. The location is perfect - a short walk down to Chamonix main streets and close to all the main gondolas and trains. We never drove, always walked. Daniel was extremely responsive leading up to the trip and was there for us if we needed anything while we were there. We can't wait to go back and bring our children someday! Thank you Daniel!!

Loved the flat - was perfect for 2 adult couples and one solo person to have their own rooms, close to the centre part of town and very close to the Brevent gondola. The host was very accommodating and I would recommend this to anyone looking for such a bargain in a relatively expensive ski town.

Daniel's chalet is situated in a lovely part of Chamonoix, rustic and charming. The chalet is very comfortable and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed including washing machine. You have a balcony which you can view Aguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. Daniel was an excellent host, meeting and greeting us and generous with sharing info re the area. He was relaxed and very friendly. We will definitely be back This is a gem of a place and location and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

"I knew it would be a walk to get into town, but didn't realize it was up such a steep hill. We often ended up driving rather than walking which we would have preferred because we had small children and grandparents with us. The owners were wonderful and the accommodation was perfect. Le chalet est vraiment sympa: spacieux avec 3 chambres, lumineux avec une très belle vue sur tout Chamonix et le massif du Mont Blanc et fonctionnel Rien n'y manque nous avons pris goût à cuisiner et à regarder les DVD ....on y est comme à la maison! A 15 mins du centre et au calme Nous y avons passé vraiment une très belle semaine

Le chalet était notre point de chute pour l'UTMB. A 10 minutes à pied du centre de Chamonix, c'était parfait. Cela nous prenait plus de temps de descendre en voiture et de chercher un parking que de descendre à pied. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et a une vue magnifique sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. Les grandes personnes doivent juste faire attention à leur tete car il y a un certain nombre de poutres assez basses. A conseiller.

Le propriétaire est toujours aussi accueillant et sympathique et redécouvrir la ville de Chamonix, son histoire ainsi que ses montagnes est un véritable plaisir. Encore merci à M. L'appartement correspond en tout point à la description ainsi qu'aux photos (Diverses rénovations ont été effectuées et ne sont pas visibles dans les photos : nouveaux éviers et miroirs dans la salle de bain, petites veilleuses dans la chambre parentale, etc.). L'appartement est superbe et la vue est vraiment exceptionnelle. Sur le balcon, nous pouvons apercevoir, entre autres, le sommet du Mont-Blanc, l'Aiguille du midi, le Glacier des Bossons, ... Le propriétaire est très sympathique et nous avons été bien accueillis. Il saura vous conseiller sur les balades et activités à faire aux alentours et habite non loin de l'appartement au besoin. Merci pour ce séjour et à bientôt peut-être !
