Nice cozy house in quiet neighborhood with great views of the mountains

It is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood, with great views of the mountains from the living room and terrace. It's 10 minutes walk to the nearest ski lift (Brevent/Flegere) and bus stop that takes you to the other side of the city/resort (Aiguille du Midi), and 10-15 minutes to the City Center where shops/restaurants are. The house has 2 independent bedrooms downstairs, the 3rd bedroom is a loft on top of the living room, better suited for children (ie, low ceiling). Communication with the nice host was great, quick replies with useful information. It's a great place to spend quiet holidays with friends and family.

Not a bad thing, just a warning for people who are looking for a modern house. This is a traditional mountain house, so the decoration, furniture, appliances, etc. are such (medium-sized tv, older appliances) but everything works, so no problem at all for us. A small basin to wash hands in the small toilet by the stairs would be useful. Better to arrive by car than by public transport if carrying many things.

Superb

A great family ski chalet with 8 min walk to nearest ski lift. We had 3 children and 3 adults and slept well in the comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms. The chalet is well catered to offer a great self-catering experience with all you need to have to cook at the chalet. Stunning views of the Mont Blanc area and easy access by car to the town of approx 5 min drive; subject to parking spaces and it was very busy and not always easy to find a space.

Comfortable, relaxing with breathtaking view

Absolutely awesome location in Chamonix, walking distance from the center, in a quiet and natural area, with one of the most beautiful views one can hope, on the Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Very cosy, quiet, functional and comfortable chalet. We did not miss anything. We had the chance to meet sheeps almost every day when coming back from the city center, in a nearby field. Also appreciated the walking / trekking paths from the Chalet towards Le Brévent.

Exceptional

The location at the edge of the town and on the top of a hill is just superb! Dependent on the weather of course, this place offers amazing views on the snowcapped mountains, right below the famous Mont Blanc. Chamonix center itself is a 15 minutes' walk and we were glad that we had chosen a place that’s a bit further away, since it can be quite busy there. The house is very spacious and has a warm atmosphere. A small wooden terrace complements the comfort. Parking is available right next to the place which makes for easy loading and unloading. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a couple of bed and bathrooms and a cozy living room. Although we never met the owner due to unforeseen circumstances, everything was taken care of just perfectly. She helped us in the best possible way with every request we had. We could even use some of her private stuff to dry our tent that got soaked during the days before. Much needed and much appreciated!

Not that we needed it, but the washing machine that was mentioned on booking.com was nowhere to be found …

몽블랑과 에귀디미디 전망대가 한눈에 보여서 매일매일 매 순간이 황홀함.(비가 와도 낭만있고 운치있게 느껴짐.) 걸어서 케이블카 타는 곳까지 갈 수 있음. 주차공간. 세탁기.오븐. 식기세척기. 전자렌지. 식기 등 가족여행객에게 필요한 것이 다 있었음.

L’emplacement, la vue sur le mont blanc, assez fidèle à l’annonce, spacieux, pas de surprise.

Deco datée, j'attendais 3 chambres, et pas 2 chambres et une mezzanine.
