It is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood, with great views of the mountains from the living room and terrace. It's 10 minutes walk to the nearest ski lift (Brevent/Flegere) and bus stop that takes you to the other side of the city/resort (Aiguille du Midi), and 10-15 minutes to the City Center where shops/restaurants are. The house has 2 independent bedrooms downstairs, the 3rd bedroom is a loft on top of the living room, better suited for children (ie, low ceiling). Communication with the nice host was great, quick replies with useful information. It's a great place to spend quiet holidays with friends and family.
Not a bad thing, just a warning for people who are looking for a modern house. This is a traditional mountain house, so the decoration, furniture, appliances, etc. are such (medium-sized tv, older appliances) but everything works, so no problem at all for us. A small basin to wash hands in the small toilet by the stairs would be useful. Better to arrive by car than by public transport if carrying many things.

몽블랑과 에귀디미디 전망대가 한눈에 보여서 매일매일 매 순간이 황홀함.(비가 와도 낭만있고 운치있게 느껴짐.) 걸어서 케이블카 타는 곳까지 갈 수 있음.
주차공간. 세탁기.오븐. 식기세척기. 전자렌지. 식기 등 가족여행객에게 필요한 것이 다 있었음.

L’emplacement, la vue sur le mont blanc, assez fidèle à l’annonce, spacieux, pas de surprise.
Deco datée, j'attendais 3 chambres, et pas 2 chambres et une mezzanine.
