The map to pick up the keys from the office were wrong. Once you got the keys, the room was not properly identified as there were multiple units built in a building and our room was in the furthest part of the building where you didn't expect a door.

A bit disappointing

It has a nice view of the mountains. It has more or less all equipment that you need. Big and spacious house. Nice deck if the weather is ok

So, the main thing that bothered us was the cleanliness. Or the lack of it. I mean, yes, the bathrooms were cleaned and the beds were freshly made. But mostly that was it. We had to clean the kitchen and the living room to be able to use them. There were stains of wine and other stuff on the tables and counters from the previous guests so you could see there was no cleaning made. Dust everywhere. The floors were not vacuumed or washed. We had no interaction with a host because we got there late. So we got the keys (quite an easy process) and the instructions that are a bit outdated since they've build a fence around the part of the house we were supposed to go and there is no light on the street to see the correct way. But if you arrive during the day should not be a problem. But still it is quite weird that you have to take and leave the keys one kilometers away from the house. Also when we went to take back the keys the guy just took the keys without even looking at us, or asks us if everything was ok or something. Also when asked about the wireless password there was a generic message to check the router behind the TV (there is no router behind the tv). So customer service is really not great. And as other guests were mentioning. They tell you to do the dishes but only leave one tablet for a week. One trash bag. Not enough toilet paper for one week. Nice fireplace but no wood. So you really need to buy some stuff. Also, we took this cabin because of the sauna. And this reflects into the price. But sauna was not working so no luck for us. And they just said sorry, sauna not working. Not even a discount or something for the troubles. At least to appear that they care. This was mostly our experience

pretty building and a nice size of accommodation for a family

broken shower head fixing made it hard to use the shower properly , the sauna was out of use, no dvd player and basic small tv, no firewood to use the fireplace and this had not been tidied up after whom ever had the last fire, the floor of the property was very dusty under all of the beds, only 1 dishwasher tablet, no bin bags and no obvious bin outside so we had to walk down the lane to dispose of our rubbish.
