This duplex, located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, will allow you to fully enjoy the view and the tranquility of the surroundings.
> On the first level, you’ll find an entryway leading to the living room with access to the balcony, dining room, and a fully equipped open kitchen, plus a separate half-bath.
> Accessible from the landing or the balcony, there is a separate sleeping area with two bunk beds (140 cm mattress on the bottom and 90 cm on top), along with a half-bath and a sink.
> On the second level of this apartment, you’ll find a 140 cm bed on a mezzanine, a bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet), a closet with a washer and dryer, and a master bedroom (160 cm bed).
The loft bed (railing is too low) and the top bunk in the bunk beds are not suitable for children under 6 years old.
A ski locker and a private garage round out this property.
