Wonderful and roomy home very centrally located!

The house is enormous and surrounded by an even more enormous private yard! The location is perfectly central to be able to drive to Cortona and Arezzo to the north, Perugia and northern Umbria to the east, Montepulciano and eastern Tuscany to the west, and Castiglione, Chiusi, and southern Umbria to the south! The owners left us bicycles that we used to ride on the lakeside bike path down to Castiglione del Lago, which is a lovely town.

Not an issue for most people who stay in the summer high season, but it was in the fall and a bit cooler than expected, but the house was programmed to be heated just for a couple of hours in the mornings and evenings.

Real family accomodation. Comfortable, well-furnitured, very calm and cosy. Very clean and well-conditioned garden, parking free and safety inside.

It's a wonderful house with a big yard. 5 minutes walk to a cute restaurant that is in the camping, and icecream 🍦

You must have a car since the super next to the house doesn't have even basic things, like eegs... but if you have a car it perfect, and you can get to the next town where you can fine everything

Casa fantastica, molto spaziosa, silenziosa e con molta privacy. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Ottimo giardino provvisto di gazebo e barbecue per pasti all'aperto. Consiglio vivamente!

Sicuramente da ripetere

Villetta indipendente dotata di tutti i comfort e soprattutto estremamente pulita. Ampio giardino con posto auto all'interno della proprietà. Zona tranquilla, vicino al centro di Castiglione e comoda per raggiungere le principali città dell'Umbria. Elisa, la proprietaria, disponibilissima. Graditissima la bottiglia di vino di benvenuto.

הבית גדול, נקי, מאובזר לא היה חסר כלום. בעלת הבית חיכתה לנו למרות שהגענו באיחור, הסבירה הכל, היתה מקסימה וענתה לכל השאלות שלנו מיידית גם בווצאפ. הגינה מקסימה ומטופחת, שולחן אוכל בגינה, נדנדות, מרחב חוץ גדול. גם בפנים מרחבים גדולים. מיקום נהדר קרוב לאגם, היו אופניים לכולנו ורכבנו בכיף לאגם. מטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך, מכונת כביסה, שולחן אוכל גדול. חדרים גדולים ומוארים מיקום מצויין קרוב לעיר, לחנויות, לאתר ההיסטורי.

יש מקלחת אחת לחמישה אנשים, העיצוב מעט מיושן.

Soggiorno rilassante , in località tranquilla con un ottima posizione

La casa accogliente e comoda . Il giardino curato ed ampio. La posizione ottima e ben collegata.

L’ampia cucina, se avesse avuto anche un microonde ed una macchina del caffè a capsule , sarebbe stata perfetta .

L'abitazione si presenta in modo eccellente, spaziosa, confortevole e, per chi possiede animali domestici come noi, la presenza di una recinzione rappresenta un valore aggiunto significativo. La pulizia è stata impeccabile. La proprietaria si è dimostrata cortese e disponibile, soddisfacendo prontamente ogni nostra esigenza. In sintesi, un'esperienza complessivamente perfetta!
