We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Villa Flaminio which is ideally located for visiting the beautiful towns of Umbria and Tuscany. My favourite was Assissi - the frescoes in the Basilica are stunning. Also worth a visit are Montepulciano, Cortona and Abruzzo. The villa’s lovely pool area is perfect for rest days between sightseeing. This villa has spacious grounds and plenty of room inside which was great when travelling with older teenagers. They also appreciated the reliable internet access. Local town is close by with good supermarket and shops. Great to have air conditioning n the bedrooms as it was very hot. We loved our stay and would happily return.

We had a great week in Villa Flaminio, what a lovely villa and grounds, lots of places to wander and relax. The pool was amazing with many relaxing hours spent there. Tuoro itself is in a great location for visiting the hill towns of Umbria and Tuscany. Perugia, Cortona and Castigleone del Lago are all within 30 minutes by car. I definitely recommend staying here and thank Yvette for meeting us and showing us around. So Grazie mille Paulo and ciao it’s been amazing

We had a great stay and enjoyed the historical house, the lovely and mystic garden with fireflies at night and the highlight is the pool, surrounded by trees giving privacy.We have booked our next stay for 2026 already.The house is secured by a fence, to the dogs could stay in the garden all day.

Had a great stay at Villa Flaminio. The pool is fantastic and set in shady grounds. Lovely bbq. Supermarket close by. Also a great restaurant, Ostetia dell accademia, in walking distance. Nice, friendly manager who fixed an issue with the cooker within an hour.

I have no bad words to say about this property. Communications before and during the trip were excellent. The property is located in a lovely quiet location but only 5 mins drive into Tuoro, the local town and 15 minutes from lake trasimeno and it's fantastic selection of restaurants and activities. The house was v well equipped with excellent aircon in all bedrooms, a large pool that we used every day and a good barbeque. We would recommend good bug spray and citronella candles but this was the only minor downside to what was a wonderful locating and we look forward to staying their again in the future.

We had an especially relaxing ten days in this very comfortable villa. The property is wonderfully maintained, inside and out, and there are many charming Tuscan and Umbrian hill towns within easy driving distance, as well as good restaurants. We hated to leave and would go back in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Beautiful swimming pool and nearby a bakery and restaurants. The house was private and the property was surrounded by a fence so our dogs had a lovely stay too! Paolo is very friendly and answered all our questions. Yvette, our hostess was also very friendly and gave us good tips for city trips, wine tasting and restaurants! We had a great two weeks at the property and enjoyed exploring the local area and local restaurants which were within walking distance of the property. The kids loved both the pool and table tennis with many a game being played during our holiday.

Beautiful farmhouse set in large grounds with wonderfully mature trees and an exceptional pool - absolute bliss.

The beautiful house with huge well-kept garden and a large pool and jacuzzi corresponded to the description (well-equipped kitchen and fly screens / doors). Since the house is very well insulated, the air conditioners are only necessary in times with almost 40°C. We spent our perfect family vacation and enjoyed our privacy. Every few days only the very friendly gardeners and pool experts came by. If something should be, you could contact the very friendly administrator, who also showed us around the complex. She speaks several languages and lives nearby. The contact with the landlord was also very friendly and we always received timely answers to our questions. There are other activities on the property besides the pool (e.g. table tennis, foosball, etc.). You can end the evening nicely with a barbecue. Restaurants are also within walking distance. In general, the location is very quiet and invites you to go hiking. From the place are the many beautiful sights in Tuscany and Umbria reachable. The sea (west coast) can be reached in about 2 hours by car. If the property is available at our vacation time, we will definitely come back!
