Great location, great stay

Great location, easy to reach nearby locations (a car is necessary though), we had a great time and will return Accommodation was spacious and had everything you could need. The garden area was beautiful and very relaxing, it was a very quiet location, didn't use the pool but it looked good. There is a very friendly car, that also leaves you alone if you have a dog

Liked everything... Only thing the fields around were full of ticks which is something to consider if there with dog a dog.. my husband is over 6ft and the beautiful bed was a little small for him - but no problem

Wonderful location to visit Umbria and Tuscany. The playground and swimming kept our toddler entertained for hours. Apartments are large, and each comes with a outdoor dinning table/area. Highly recommended.

Very happy stay, Staff were super helpful and everything was great.

Very quiet location within easy reach of the town. Lovely gardens and an authentic Italian feel. Good bathroom and cooking facilites. Very spacious. It had a charge point for the car which was very convenient.

Restful, very comfortable and welcoming

This property is very prettily set up, and great care is taken to keep everything welcoming (neat, pleasant to the eye, useful to the guests ; for example, the swimming pool remained open and attractive despite the fact nobody used it because of the coolness of the temperatures). There is space to be enjoyed indoors and outdoors. The family who runs it is attentive and helpful. You can take many interesting and beautiful day trips from this location.

A tiny criticism : the sofa bed is not the most comfortable ; it is not the worst either.

Nice and quiet place in the countriside close to Lake Trasimeno

Very close to the lake, and just 10 min drive to Castiglione del Lago. Very large rooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Quiet place. Nice garden to chill out outside. Car park on site.

Clean apartment, big rooms, traditionally and nicely furnished place. The pool and garden is really great. 5 minute car ride to the city and supermarkets was practical as well.

We were missing some things in the kicthen (trash bags and dishwashing sponge). The sofa in the living room could have been newer, and sitting on the patio more comfortable.

Best apartment ever found during our vacations!

Great location! Just a bit far away from the reference town, i.e., Castiglione del Lago. Huge apartment. Happy to find a service bathroom. Country style. Well working TV and WiFi. Nice pool. We also spotted a tennis court, a small football field and a tennis table! Very tidy place with beautiful trees and bushes. Many characteristic tuscan and umbrian towns within reach: Cortona, Torrita di Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino. Even Todi after 1h10' drive.

Nothing in particular. We only missed the lack of a micro-oven.

The garden, the pool, the staff, the inside of the flats, everything was great. Without advertising it on the website all guests were invited on Monday evening for a free home made pizza and delicious cakes in the garden.

Don't count too much on the fresh bread delivered by the bakery every morning because one one week they came only one day.

Bellissima vacanza autunnale

La struttura è bella, tenuta bene, pulita e curata. L'alloggio grande pulito,grande e ben organizzato. La proprietaria molto disponibile, discreta e gentile. Nulla di cui lamentarsi. Nei dintorni ci sono molti luoghi da visitare, ottime trattorie. Un perfetto luogo di partenza per visitare sia il Lago Trasimeno ed i paesi limitrofi, ma anche per muoversi comodamente in Umbria e nella vicina Toscana.

Principe del Trasimeno: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, per me vale 10.

La struttura è un oasi di pace, immersa nella natura e nella sua tranquillità, gli spazi esterni molto confortevoli. L appartamento disponeva di ampia cucina corredata di tutto il necessario per svolgere una vita casalinga ( non mi è mancato nulla di tutto ciò di cui dispongo anche a casa mia), un ampio bagno con doccia di proporzioni abbondanti, due camere da letto accoglienti e corredate di comodini, como' e armadi tutto in stile rustico fiorentino ( no Ikea no MondoConvenienza) e per la prima volta in tanti anni di vacanze e strutture alberghiere vissute i materassi erano comodissimi. Che dire? per la prima volta sono arrivata a fine vacanza e non ho desiderato tornare a casa tra le mie comodità.....Il mio appartamento dove ho alloggiato disponeva di una cucina nuovissima con piano in Okite, forno, forno a microonde e tavolo con piano in marmo granito nero.....finestre con zanzariere in tutte le stanze.....Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta di questa struttura. Inoltre la struttura si trova in una posizione strategica. Noi in una settimana calcolando bene le distanze e gli spostamenti abbiamo visitato le più note località del Lungolago tra cui Passignano del lago, Castiglione d lago, Panicale etc etc poi Cortona, Siena, Montepulciano, Gubbio, Spello, Spoleto, Rasiglia, Orvieto, Perugia, ....L unica che non siamo riusciti a vedere è Assisi....sarà un ottima motivazione per tornare in Umbria. È stata una settimana intensa ma fantastica, ricca di cultura, storia, gusto e sapori autentici.

È un ottima struttura.....per come è strutturato potrebbe offrire anche un trattamento di prima colazione( anche se devo dire il vero c era il furgoncino del panettiere che veniva tutte le mattine tra le 8e30 e le 8e45 da cui poter acquistare vari tipologie di pane, panini, focacce, brioche, cornetti e pizzette) o mezza pensione ......gli farebbe acquisire ancor più prestigio e notorietà.....spero in futuro i proprietari ci facciano un pensierino...💪🙏🥰

Bellissimo agriturismo, con una bellissima piscina circondata da tanto verde ,tutto molto curato.L appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato era un bilocale molto spazioso e ben arredato , il bagno con vasca molto bella,(anche se avrei preferito la cabina doccia per praticità), ma ciò nonostante è stata veramente una bella vacanza.Cambio di asciugamani ogni volta che lo chiedevamo.La proprietaria Beatrice, molto garbata e disponibile, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta,la struttura ha ampi spazi verdi per bambini e amici a 4 zampe,buona la posizione, per raggiungere i vari supermercati e soprattutto il centro di Castiglione del lago e zone limitrofe. Comodissimo anche al mattino verso le 8 45, il fornaio portava ,cornetti ,pane e focacce,ovviamente a spese dei clienti,prezzi onestissimi ,che dire ,un posto da consigliare per tutti i servizi che offre, per la pulizia,la posizione ma soprattutto se si desidera staccare la spina ,dalla vita frenetica della città, è il posto ideale,per rilassarsi.Gli unici rumori erano i versi degli uccellini e delle rane ,dei grilli.Ritorneremo presto,!!!

Nem tudom az önök tájékoztatása volt rossz, vagy más oka volt annak, hogy idegenforgalmi adót kellett fizetnem kilépéskor. Pedig amikor lefoglaltam, akkor az volt, hogy az ár minden adót és illetéket tartalmaz.

Tranquillità e pace

La struttura è bellissima, la posizione è comoda e raggiungibile senza alcun problema. Il personale davvero gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione! Ciò che davvero colpisce di più è il panettiere che al mattino arriva per vendere pane e brioche. Ho apprezzato tantissimo!

Perfetto in ogni dove

la tranquillità e il silenzio; la disponibilità di Beatrice; la piscina quasi a uso esclusivo; la pulizia perfetta della casa tra l'altro arredata con gusto; il furgoncino che portava il mattino i cornetti freschi. Praticamente tutto, anche il gallo in lontananza creava gradevole atmosfera. Se volete staccare la spina siete nel borghetto giusto.
