Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in una struttura davvero accogliente e ben situata. La camera era estremamente pulita e confortevole. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Ve lo consigliamo di cuore: noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Geweldig

Heerlijk appartement. Fijn bed, mooi balkon, rustig en gezellig. Maritzio is een geweldige host. Dicht bij het oude centrum en dicht bij het meer. Grote Coop supermarkt in de buurt waar je ook lekker kunt ontbijten.

Er is wel een wasmachine maar geen droogrek. Weinig waterdruk in de douche.

Posizione ottima , non troppo distante dal centro. Appartamento ben arredato completo di tutto per una piacevole vacanza . Positivo il posto per l'auto in cortile con un piccolo giardino . Abbiamo viaggiato con due bassottine che hanno ben apprezzato il terrazzo. Gentilissimo il proprietario .

Superbe appartement spacieux et agréable bien situé .

Tout d'abord,nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Maurizio. Un parking sur place nous a été proposé et l'appartement est situé à 20 minutes à pied du joli centre historique de Castiglione del lago. L'appartement est juste magnifique :tout est spacieux,propre, confortable et bien équipé.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer gut ausgestatteten Wohnung.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem schönen Haus. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur schönen Altstadt und 20 Minuten zum See. Der Wohnungsinhaber hat uns gute Restaurant in Castiglione del Lago empfohlen. Nach drei Tagen haben wir sogar frische Handtücher bekommen.

Empfehlenswert

Maurizio ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Lage der Wohnung, die sich im 1. Stock befand, war für unseren Ansprüchen sehr gut. In ca. 15 min. Fußweg, war der See und die Altstadt gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber war mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Das Auto konnte man auf das eigene Grunstück parken. Es gab in nächster Nähe mehrere Möglichkeiten im Supermarkt einkaufen zu gehen auch zu Fuß. Die Lage des Ortes haben wir ausgesucht, weil viele Ausflugsziele Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, Asissi.... in ca. 1 Std mit dem Auto erreichbar waren. Wir vergeben keine 10 Punkte, weil wir bereits sehr viel in Italien über Booking gebucht haben und es gab Unterkünfte die noch einen Tick besser waren. Grazie Maurizio per la tua ospitita.

Fijn en mooi ingericht appartement met heerlijk terras en gratis parkeren voor het huis.

Prachtig ruim appartement met een heerlijk terras, mooi aangekleed met planten en bloemen en mooi tuinmeubilair. Sfeervol. 15 minuten lopen naar de historische stad, gewoon rechtdoor over provinciale weg, heel goed te doen. Parkeren voor de deur, gratis.

Sehr geräumiges und sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und geräumiges Appartement. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus im Innenhof. Sehr netter Vermieter, der im gleichen Haus wohnt. Altstadt in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Öffentliche Ladestation für E-Auto in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier, werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in dieser Gegend aber sicherlich wieder herkommen.

Authentisches Umbrien

Eine grandiose Ferienwohnung in einem umbrischen Landhaus ca. 1 km vor der Altstadt an der SR454 (ab und zu etwas Verkehrslärm); Alles sieht tatsächlich so aus wie auf den Bildern. Der ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer wohnt im gleichen Haus, wodurch Ankunft, Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung völlig unproblematisch sind. Offenkundig kein weiteres Ferienappartement im Haus. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre; Ideal für Tagesausflüge in Umbrien und der Toskana; Vom ganz nahen Bahnhof Direktzüge nach Arezzo und Florenz (knapp 2 Stunden); Während unserer Zeit gab es ein mittelalterliches Fest in der Altstadt, wo wir die so ziemlich einzigen ausländischen Touristen waren. Somit echtes Italien! Maurizio, è stata una settimana fantastica all'insegna dell'autentica Italianità. Grazie ancora!

L'appartamento è Pulito, moderno, fornito di ogni servizio. Tutte le camere sono molto spaziose ed il letto è davvero molto comodo. Proprietario molto disponibile. Ci siamo trovate benissimo!

Mi sono sentita veramente a casa. Staff molto accogliente e simpatico. L'appartamento é ampio, comodo, dotato di tutti i servizi e molto vicino al lago, dove ho fatto una piacevole passeggiata serale. Pulizia ineccepibile! Ci tornerò sicuramente!
