Loved the 3 days I spent here.

Located in the beautiful Old Town. Views of the Lake from my balcony. Cooking facilities. Easy walking distance to the ferry to cross the lake. Lots of restaurants, cafes and interesting shops close by. Luciana the owner was super kind and obliging, even offering to pick me up from the train station.

At times there was noise from the restaurant next door. Much less when doors were closed. The kettle and saucepans could do with an upgrade.

Perfect stay in a great flat in a perfect location. great value for the money spent.

There was no breakfast included. But being in the center of the village we found plenty of places to have great meals. We found a laundramat jut 1.2 meters away that came in handy. Our host was great, providing us with perfect checkin details and checking in to make sure allw as ok.

the shower was a little small for me but Im a big guy:). Everything else was great

Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with comfortable bed and great location. The host was very kind and helpful, giving lots of great recommendations and always available for further questions and suggestions for visiting the neighborhood. Even after we left the apartment she gave us great recommendations and help on what to visit in our next destination.

The kitchen utilities were not fantastic, but given the great restaurants in the neighborhood it was not a problem at all.

A stunning place with great history.

We arrived to Castiglione del Lago by car. We communicated our time of arrival beforehand. Luciana was already waiting for us. She gave us the keys personally and also explained some details regarding garbage collection. The location of the apartment is in the historical center with a stunning view to the lake and to the walls of the castle. The museum is just right around the corner and the restaurants are all around the old town. We parked just outside the walls of the old town, where the parking is free and is not further than 200m from the apartment. The town gets quiet around 23:00 so a good night sleep can be guaranteed. The apartment is very well equipped with everything one could need (including a very well functioning mosquito net :) ).

There was nothing much we missed during our stay. Should I pick something, I would say, that the kitchen equipment was a bit scarce, but with a bit of creativity one could get around it.

Soggiorno piacevole a Castiglione del Lago

La struttura era sulla via principale del centro, immersa nei negozietti del borgo e vicina alla Fortezza del duca della Corgna, la quale è visitabile. La proprietaria dell'appartamento è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile,sia per le esigenze legate al soggiorno,sia per consigli riguardo i luoghi da vedere. Assolutamente consigliato!!

Tutto è stato di nostro gradimento,se vogliamo trovare un appunto, l'unica "fatica" sono le due rampe di scale un po' ripide per accedere all'appartamento: tenetene conto se portate tante valigie.
