We are centrally located on a beautiful grassy park with great views of the Sandia mountains. Because of our central location we have easy access to the freeways and a bike trail that leads throughout the city.
Bike rentals are available 1 mile away at Green Jeans Farmery (restaurant / brewery cooperative) on bike trail system.
We are unable to host animals (service included) because of severe allergies.

Fine for the price. Maybe not quite as sleek as I was expecting -- it has a DIY feel. They've done a lot of creative work on the property. It is only steps away from a secondary, mostly residential four lane; however, noise was not a problem in the farthest away blue unit except for an occasional muffler deficient car (it's ABQ!). Bathroom was nice. Coffee and snacks were thoughtful. It is tiny as described, so you probably won't hang out much there. The owners were quiet. Again -- fine for the price and general location.

Everything was amazing. My only issue was the bed. My wife has a bad back, and the bed was extremely hard.

I say I’m torn on this one because while the owners were very responsive and the shower was indeed amazing, the room was poorly sealed, allowing bugs from outside into the unit (there were a bunch of roaches on the patio and we found one in the toilet as well as one in one of our bags while we were packing up). Additionally, the owners state that they don’t even allow service animals on the property. While I don’t have a service animal, I have a family member that very much depends on one, and really didn’t appreciate this, particularly since the State of New Mexico requires by law that “Service animals must be allowed to accompany the handler to any place in a building or facility where members of the public, program participants, customers, or clients are allowed. Even if a business or public program has a "no pets" policy, may not deny entry to a person with a service animal. Service animals are not pets. It may be appropriate to exclude a service animal from operating rooms or burn units where the animal's presence may compromise a sterile environment.”
This isn’t a burn unit or operating room, please obey your state’s laws, they exist for a reason and some people depend heavily on service animals.
