About this house rental
Our expertly decorated casita is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Northeast Heights. The home is equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stay with a private entrance and a fully fenced backyard space. The kitchenette necessities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster. There is a two-person dining room table that can also be used as a desk. This studio features a queen bed and a futon that may sleep four guests. We do provide extra linens, blankets and pillows. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Our home does have a private entrance, on-street parking sufficient for a uhaul truck and trailer combination as well as one driveway space. This backyard casita shares the backyard space with the front home. We are pet friendly, so there may be potential for interaction with other people and pets.
We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.
This neighborhood is bike friendly and walkable. There are also bus stops within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area.
We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.
You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. Check In Instructions will be sent to you on the day you are expected to check in. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Great little Casida with good parking and nice amenities. The property needs a little sprucing up -- but it was clean and comfortable. Property owner was available for some assistance with the futon -- it would have been good to have instructions available on-site. But she sent me a photo that helped.

The property was lovely. The location was spot-on in terms of ease in getting around, proximity to many attractions nearby, wonderful neighborhood to stroll through, and fully enclosed for the dogs. Our unit was well equipped with amenaties which was a warm and unexpected welcome. There was such ease in communicating with the property manager when needed. I would highly recommend this location!
