Beautiful house close to Nob hill (2.3miles), CNM(1 block), UNM(0.8 miles) and a block from beautiful Roosevelt park 6 mins from Albuquerque International Airport. Private driveway, offstreet parking, garage, backyard and storage. Completely private, Unit B of the duplex.
Located by Nob Hill; quiet, friendly, peaceful, safe neighborhood with lot of charm. One bedroom with queen bed and a living room with a sofa that can be converted to queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen for someone who like to cook. Less than 5 mins from Nob Hill where all the best restaurants, breweries and coffe roasteries. Private driveway, offstreet and garage parking. Easy access to the I 25. A short drive to Old Town, UNM and International Balloon Fiesta. A block from the beautiful Roosevelt Park.
