We had everything we needed: A very clean and safe place to stay, comfy queen-size bed, kitchen, parking, and a great location. It was perfect for our needs.
I can see what others are saying about the couch. My 18-year-old slept on the couch and didn't mind it, but I recommend bringing a cot or air mattress if you need a second bed for a picky adult.

It was in a good location. It was clean. It had a nice retro vibe.

I stayed there several years ago and it was very nice. Host is good to work with, location is perfect for all activities in the area, parking is safe, most everything one needs for a longer stay is there. However, maintenance is needed by now. Heating was difficult to keep even, larger coffee maker has the wrong pot and can't be used. The pull out bed is not usefull - I bought a blow-up matress. The place was not as clean as it should have been.
