Centrally located and huge private enclosed backyard

Great value near the Knob Hill and UNM area! We have stayed with this host twice And will be back!

Good-Nice location, set back off the road. Close to trails for hiking and a few good eating options. Enclosed b-yard was great for our pooches. Needs attention-carpet is in rough shape. Tile or laminate with an easily replaceable area rug, would spiff it up. Had to displace a few spiders to access the washer. Overall, a good option!

The property was very nice. We are moving from AZ to SC so it was a nice rest spot. The AC in one room was good, there was no AC in the 2nd, and the living room AC said it was 69 but my son was complaining how hot he was. We figured it out though so no big deal. We loved the yard. Kitchen was awesome. Thank you for the coffee and tide pods to wash clothes. FYI living room light was not working per my son (mom and I hung out in the kitchen mainly)

The property was OK, however, there are several surfaces in the bathroom that need painting, which could breed bacteria. The toilet, after raising the seat was very soiled and the seat had paint missing again ver likely with bacteria present. The host would do well to replace the toilet seat with plastic making it easier to clean. The toilet is very old and difficult for seniors to exit, suggest new taller toilet. All bathroom surfaces should be painted with semi-gloss paint to prevent moisture collecting. The bathroom needs ventilation to the outside. Cleanliness was ok, but fresh paint would help, suggest eggshell finish for easier maintenance. The kitchen was workable, however the microwave would be more accessible on a shelf over the sink. I did not see any gfci's in the kitchen or bath, these are required in most states where water could reach an outlet. I think the host is well-meaning, however spending less than 1000 could prove his property significantly.
