Great space & location for a family of three and our small dog. The mattress was too firm for my liking, but that being said I normally sleep on a cloud. Any discomfort from the mattress was melted away by a soak in the hot-tub. Easy check in/check out. Would book again.

Exceptional property! As someone who lived in ABQ for 25 years, this was the most perfect place to stay when coming back to visit for a long week during the holidays. The location is great, the property was clean, well appointed, and perfect for us (especially with pets). The hot tub was a huge plus, as was having the two courtyards. Bed was super comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the host was extremely gracious. This will definitely be my go to place for future trips.

No interaction with host. House was cold. Had to buy extra space heaters. Need hooks or an open closet in second bedroom. Need new bottom sheets because the current sheets are so pilled that it feels like sand in the bed. One blanket had several holes in it. Get rid of the PFAS flaking pans. Need to update the house description and the check out instructions. Sorry.
