Property was amazing , check in process was smooth, only thing I did not know was the room under the house… maybe a basement extra room it didn’t state that in the listing. Scared me a bit…

Check in was easy. The house is a vintage gem in the perfect location for visiting UNM and local amenities. Streets are busy by day but just standard city hubbub, no disturbance at night. The outside areas could use a little attention but otherwise the place is surprisingly delightful.

There was some issues outside of the house with debris left by the back gate entrance and cables hanging near the back door that would knock into the wall in high winds. And dryer was not working
