This fully updated home is tucked into one of the most desirable, quiet neighborhoods in Albuquerque. Just a short drive to the UNM campus, hospitals and the I-40/I-25 interchange. It's central location means you can get to just about anywhere in the city within 15 minutes or less.
The kitchens and bathrooms are incredible and the outdoor space truly is an oasis. Free parking, full bath and within just a few minutes of just about anything you might need. We can't wait to host you!

GRILL: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.
Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please review the rules and contact me first. There is an additional pet fee charged based on age/breed/size/quantity of the dog(s) & # of nights stayed. $50 fee is included for 1 dog. If you have more than 1 dog additional fees may be due. Fee reductions considered for 1 night stays, please contact me. NO cats allowed due to severe allergy.
PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking: drive way or on the street. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.
Security (doorbell) camera on front door security purposes and to monitor guest count.
City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.
Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.

The house is spacious, comfortable, and has a wonderful backyard area for morning coffee and meals. It's in a great location - safe and walkable neighborhood, easy to get to sites, shopping, etc. The host was responsive. Definitely would book again!

The house was absolutely beautiful and truly surpassed all of our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and more than big enough for our family to feel comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any messages, which made the entire stay even better.We really appreciated the little touches—having towels provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted right in the shower was such a convenience. The bedding was very nice, with comfortable mattresses and great pillows, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The couches were also large and comfortable, perfect for winding down. The TV was huge, and we enjoyed being able to watch our favorite shows together.The driveway easily fit both a truck and a car, and the area felt very safe. The backyard was a peaceful escape and gave us a chance to relax and unwind.The bathrooms were large, and the showers were just as spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. The dishwasher was a huge bonus and made cleanup simple.Overall, this truly felt like a home away from home. It was a perfect place for our family, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The home is beautiful, comfortable, convenient, spacious and very well equipped. We had a lovely stay. I would choose it again, and recommend it for others.

The house is not bad at all, generally clean and a good location. That being said....My family and I rent homes to feel like we are AT home. This house had a very squeaky master bed, it was a queen that dipped in the middle and every move my husband and I made, the bed would creak and wake the other up. The homeowners left us with six towels, no kitchen towels,three detergent pods and four rolls of one ply toilet tissue for 8 days of stay. We contacted the owners and they informed us that the dipped and squeaky bed is their preference and that we could go sleep on the twin beds of the third room.The homeowner was not accommodating at all. Overall, not a bad house, just did not feel like HOME.
