This wonderful four bed, two bath home, tucked in the Del Norte Heights Neighborhood has something for everyone!
The primary room features a comfortable King bed and attached bathroom. There is also a game room, with life size connect four, pac-man and a foosball table! Additionally there is a theatre-like room, with comfortable sofas, and a large television and sound bar. The modern kitchen, is well equipped supplies and modern appliances.

- 5 minutes from Arroyo del Oso Golf Course
- 19 minutes from the World Famous Sandia Tram
- 15 minute from Balloon Fiesta Park
- 20 minutes to Kirtland AFB (Government Travel Card (GTC) accepted, GOV rates available. Please contact host for more information).
- 15 minutes to Nob Hill entertainment district where you can enjoy local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
-20 minutes to Old Town, which offers cultural attractions, museums, and vibrant events.

We take pride in offering a comfortable and well-maintained space for all our guests. We kindly ask that you please familiarize yourself with our house rules and policies prior to booking:
1. SMOKING / DRUG USE:
-Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee.
2. PARTIES AND EVENTS:
-Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed on the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
3. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION:
- Pet Fee: To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance for our pet-friendly units, a one-time pet fee of $50 will be charged for short stays, and a one-time pet fee of $250 will be charged for stays of 30 days or more.
PET RULES / GUIDELINES:
- We accept small dogs UNDER 30lbs (2 dog maximum). At the moment, we are unable to accommodate cats.
- To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Whenever possible, do not leave pets unattended in the home.
- Please pick up all pet waste in the yard before checking out.
4. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY:
- Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
5. QUIET HOURS:
- Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times.
6. CLEANING FEE:
- In addition to the base cleaning fee, we will charge an additional $300 for 30 days stay or more. This covers the deep cleaning at the end of your stay.
Please Note: The minimum booking age for this property is 25. We require a copy of your ID to confirm name and date of birth at the time of booking to keep your reservation. Thank you!
