4. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION:
We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property. This fee helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. If staying for longer than a week, please inquire with host for additional pet fee.

case of last-minute cancellations.

The house was exactly as described and was the perfect place for my wife and I to meet up with our daughter and son-in-law to celebrate a late Christmas!
It was a great location for everything that we did. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were large and worked well, and the back yard was a perfect place for our dog!
Next time we come to ABQ we would be happy to stay here!

I can't recommend this property highly enough. Emily and James are wonderful hosts, addressing our concerns immediately. The home is clean, simple and lovely. Moreover, it's a great value. The neighborhood is in a safe neighborhood and close to everything as both interstates are less than a mile away. Restaurants and grocery stores are plentiful. Yet the neighborhood is quiet, go figure.

Our children and furries love the home. The black out blinds were a huge hit with our two teenagers. Conveniently located. Hosts are responsive and straightforward. Followed some of the recommendations for local activities and they were spot on.

Our 7 night stay was very nice. The home is centrally located in ABQ, nicely decorated, very clean, not cluttered, and has a large back yard. We were able to cook meals easily, and worked remotely with no problem with internet connection. Something to be aware of is there is just 1 TV. Overall though the house worked out very well for our stay!
