Extremly satisfied

Host were great, especialy because we saw them just 2 times. Once when we needed them and once in passing. It was our 2nd stay in Peschiera del Garda and first time we had intrusive, demanding and nagging host. This time it was perfect. No one bothered us, yet we had everything we need. Upon our arrival we found complementary muffins, tost, jams, butter etc. enough for few breakfasts. Host also left us with 20ish capsules for esspresso, water and bottle of champagne. We really didnt need those thing but it was really really nice of them, and we felt really welcome. Apartment is spaciois, very modern, clean, furniture looked like it was new. One large bed for 2 adults, and one pull out sofa for 2 kids or one adult (or 2 smaller adults). Wi-fi, 2 air condishining units, TV, cable, dish washer, washing machine, iron, cordless vacum cleaner, large wardrobe, microwave, gas stove, owen...... There is no balcony, but we had a little yard with garden furniture. We had free parking for 8 days infront or at the back of the house. We are extremly satisfied.

This property met all of our standards - we will return!

This apartment is perfect in every way! It is clean, spacious, beautifully laid out, secure, well-provisioned, and ideally situated - the historic centre of Peschiera is only a 10-minute walk away. The hosts' attention to detail made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The apartment is within walking distance of all amenities; right next door is a terrific butcher shop selling fresh meats, poultry, pasta, eggs, etc., and there's a fromagerie and several restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walk. For those who happen to be on site on Monday mornings, be sure to visit the gigantic outdoor market situated near the entrance to the historic centre. Thank you to our hosts for taking such pride in this property.

A four night stay during a touring holiday to Lake Garda

The apartment is furnished and fitted out to an excellent standard with all the amenities that you could need including washing machine, dishwasher etc. There is places to park free and secure in the area but they are outdoors - which did not feel like a,problem to us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There is an outside space with furniture which although close to the street outside it was still comfortable to relax with drinks but not a dining area. Gaining access upon arrival was straightforward as there is a key safe outside the entrance door and the vendor provides the code prior to your arrival.

Tutto perfetto! Posizione, cura maniacale di tutti i dettagli, pulizia, super accessoriato, disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario ed altro ed altro ancora. Consigliatissimo!

Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, suggerirei di trovare una soluzione per evitare che la luce del crepuscolare esterno di notte, e quella naturale di giorno,entrino all’interno dell’appartamento, perché la stanza che ospita il divano letto, durante la notte è praticamente illuminata a giorno e la mattina è pervasa dalla luce naturale del giorno.

The best choice

Pot spune că a fost mai mult decât ne așteptam. Locația arată mult mai bine decât îți poți da seama din poze. Totul este nou și amenajat cu mult bun gust. Găsești aici tot ceea ce ai nevoie: bucătărie complet utilată, mașina de spălat vasele, cafetieră cu capsule de cafea (de foarte bună calitate). Ne-a surprins in cel mai plăcut mod posibil faptul că am găsit apa rece in frigider, brioșe și mai ales, răcoare în casă, in condițiile in care era foarte cald afară. Am avut chiar și mașina de spălat rufele, cu uscător inclus, ceea ce a fost foarte util pentru noi. Dormitorul are pat mare matrimonial, șifonierul este foarte încăpător. Ne-am odihnit excelent, pentru că este într-o zonă liniștită. Apartamentul este aproape de centru, in cel mult 5 minute ești deja în zona de promenadă. Pe noi ne-a incantat foarte mult faptul că am avut unde sa parcăm mașina și să fie în siguranță. Până la plaja Cappucinni e de mers aproximativ 15 minute pe jos, pe malul lacului, printr-o zonă foarte frumoasa. Peschiera este minunată, ne-a plăcut foarte mult, iar Il Portico a fost cea mai bună alegere de cazare.

Totul a fost la superlativ Curatenie maxima.... Dotari ultra ....tot ce iti trebuia pentru un sejur....nu cred ca ne-a lipsit ceva....un mic dejun mai mult decat copios...apa plata ...minerala din partea gazdei...ce sa zic...cafea ( de multe feluri ) .... 5 stele este prea putin... Multumim inca o data pentru saptamana minunata in Peschiera del Garda
