The apartment was amazing and a great location. Hosts were very attentive and helpful.

It would have been helpful to have instructions on the pool / loungers. It would have been nice to have some amenities such as cloths so we could clean the kitchen sides.

We had a fantastic stay in Peschiera: the location couldn't be better, a very short walk to the centre of the town and its romantic views. The facilities were excellent as well: a private parking, a swimming pool, and two private gardens. The apartment is cute and cosy, and we felt welcomed by the host. I would love to come back!

The complex is lovely and very secure. The apartment is spacious.

The host was so unprofessional. We messaged him twice prior to our arrival and he did not respond and when we got to the property at 9pm there was a thunderstorm and he had not left a key out for us and said he would be there in 40 mins. We had 2 suitcases a car seat and a newborn baby in a buggy. We managed to wait in a nearby sports center and messaged him to say we were there and he did not come down to meet us but simply text us to say he had left a key in a lockbox!!!! Why did he not do that prior to our arrival? It was so unprofessional and quite frankly rude. We booked a two bed apartment so my wife could sleep in one bed with the baby but when we eventually got in to the apartment the second bed was not made, there were hairs on the mattress and no sheets left to make it ourselves. If you book a two bedroom apartment both beds should be available for use, the host said he assumed as we were a couple we would need one bed!!! We never said in advance we were a couple so this is strange. He offered us a travel cot from storage for the baby but this was disgusting and again there were no sheets provided so we did not use it. We asked for extra sheets and he dropped these around the next day while we were not there. Dirty old sheets we did not use! The towels and bedsheets provided are so old and tatty. He left one pool towel for both of us, again a towel that’s about 40 years old. The lime scale and mildew in the bathroom is repulsive. I wouldn’t stay in this apartment again, just because someone owns a property should not qualify them to be a host if they have no manners or cannot provide basic amenities. The complex is lovely so if there is another property by a different host I would suggest checking that out.
