We spent a wonderful holiday in a beautiful place very close to the center of lively Peschiera.

A very well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. A large terrace with beautiful views of Lake Garda. Our apartment (called the Villa) had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was separate from the room and had to be accessed through a hallway. The area was quiet, and the garden, pool, and grounds were beautifully maintained.

Carrying luggage up the stairs is quite cumbersome, especially for people with disabilities. It's a minor detail, but there are too few towel racks in the bathrooms.

Beautiful modern apartment. Very safe. Shutters on all windows. Fabulous pool with plenty of sun-loungers and awning for shade. Everything spotless. Easy stroll into town.

Excellent apartment in a lovely location

The apartment was excellent, modern, spacious clean, and comfortable. Location was great and in a quiet, safe area not far from the bus stops which take you to other beautiful locations around Lake Garda. Massimo was an excellent host and quickly responded to any questions we had. Lake Garda is a beautiful place, we will definitely be back and we can highly recommend Homingarda apartments.

It's a minor matter which we overcame but the kitchen could do with another plug.

Modern, slick apartment, well located and equipped with all you need including a great pool area.

The apartment was really modern, slick and clean. It used modern technology superbly for entry, aircon and shutters which felt a luxury. the pool area was lovely, quiet and also private. The owner Massimo and housekeeper were also excellent, good communications and all guidance was clear. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if I visit in the future.

Nothing to not like - all good. Ask for a high floor for the best view.

het zwembad en hoe schoon de accomodatie was. Daarnaast ook dat alles aanwezig was.

Wellicht dat er meer kastruimte aanwezig kon zijn per slaapkamer. Dat is het enige punt wat beter kon.

Massimo my friend....

Homingarda was in een woord - fantastisch. Appartement was zeer schoon, alles was aanwezig t/m een flesje wijn bij aankomst toe. Bedden lagen perfect, kamers en ruimtes groot genoeg.. Ruime parkeerplaats voorzien, inclusief laad mogelijkheid voor elektrische auto. Buurt was rustig en toch maar 15 minuten lopen naar het bruisende centrum. Appartement had ook prima werkende verwarming/airco. En....Massimo, de contactpersoon, was goed bereikbaar, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zolas gezegd: gewoon perfect..

Wunderschönes Apartment

Was für einen atemberaubende Wohnung mit Blick vom Balkon auf den Lago. Alles neu, sauber und geschmackvoll. Der Pool ein Träumchen und die ganze Anlage ist einfach super gepflegt. Waschmaschine & Trockner im Keller hat uns gut gefallen. Hier kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen. Viele Geschäfte und Cafes fußläufig erreichbar.

Größeres Sofa, zu viert in einer Wohnung wenn man nicht im Sommer kommt durchaus zu klein und bitte mehr Kleiderbügel. 5 Stück reichen für 2 Personen pro Zimmer nirgends hin ;) - ist aber kein Mangel nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag

Soggiorno di lavoro ma comodo come una vacanza

Cosa mi è piaciuto? Tutto! L'appartamento è ben arredato, spazioso, tutto nuovo, pulitissimo, molti accessori per la cucina, lenzuola e asciugamani morbidi, la comodità di avere due bagni è stata utilissima per prepararci al mattino, comodo e sicuro anche il posteggio nel cortile interno. La zona è silenziosa, vicino al centro di Peschiera facilmente raggiungibile a piedi passeggiando lungolago. I gestori gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi nostra esigenza (anticipo del check-in) ci hanno fatto trovare in frigo l'acqua fresca e una bottiglia di vino. Avrei aggiunto le foto della struttura purtroppo non ne ho fatte ma le immagini sul sito rispecchiano la realtà.

Außergewöhnlich!

Sehr gutes Appartement, geschmackvoll und stylisch eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt um sich wohl zu fühlen vorhanden. Ausstattung sehr gut. Toller Pool, sehr gepflegter Garten. Ein extrem angenehmer Gastgeber der jederzeit ansprechbar war, sehr freundlich im Ton, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Ein echtes Home away from home

Wir waren noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung, in die wir am liebsten ganz eingezogen wären - Homingarda war da eine echte Premiere 😊. Perfekt bis ins kleinste Detail, absolut modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, blitzsauber, ein sehr höflicher und zuvorkommender Besitzer, der immer ansprechbar ist und sofort auf jede Frage reagiert. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Seepromenade, ein 10 Minuten-Spaziergang in die Altstadt. Parkplätze im gesicherten Innenhof - mit eigenem E-Auto Ladeplatz! (vorab reservieren). Für den Pool war es während unseres Aufenthaltes (Anfang April) leider noch zu kalt. Aber der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und wir freuen uns schon darauf, ihn beim nächsten Besuch zu nutzen. Mein persönliches Fazit: Es ist einfach ein Traum, wenn der Besitzer einer Ferienwohnung sie offensichtlich so konzipiert hat, dass er sich selbst auch dort wohlfühlen würde. Bei Homingarda bin ich mir sehr sicher, dass das der Fall ist. Grazie mille an Massimo und bis zum nächsten Mal!
