CASA DANZI

Die Lage zum See und Stadtzentrum sind hervorragend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und für Fragen jederzeit verfügbar. Der Müll wird entsorgt, man muss ihn lediglich ordentlich trennen, selbst die Flaschen müssen nicht selbst weggebracht werden, toll ! Bei Ankunft stand ein Körbchen auf dem Tisch mit vielen Leckereien, einschließlich einer Flasche Sekt sowie ein super leckeres Olivenöl. Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert, wir hatten sogar das Glück früher einchecken zu können. Auch die Abnahme war perfekt, wir wollten früh abreisen, das war absolut kein Problem. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Eine E- Ladestation ist beim Lidl, in Sichtweite vom Haus. Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung, wir waren mit zwei Autos unterwegs. Fahrradständer im abgeschlossenen Gelände. Der Pool ist klasse, wer mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist perfekt, er ist durch einen Zaun gesichert, das ganze Gelände ist eingezäunt ! Ausreichend Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine sowie Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Es stand sogar Waschmittel, Spülmittel sowie Spülmaschinenmittel zur Verfügung. Handtücher, Duschtücher, Strandtücher sowie Bettwäsche werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch Toilettenpapier war ausreichen vorhanden.

Durch die befahrene Straße schon ein bisschen laut. Unser Badezimmer hatte ein Doppel-Waschbecken mit, sensorbetriebenem Wasserfallhahn, der war ein bisschen nervig. Beim Waschen ging er ständig aus, wenn man mal was im Waschbecken ablegen wollte ging er an.

Mooie ruime accommodatie met Peschiera ( gezellig ‘s avonds) op wandelafstand. Goede ligging voor uitstappen naar Sirmione, Verona, Bardolino, Lazise, Garda etc. Zwembad grote plus met kinderen

Accomodatie ligt aan vrij druk kruispunt waardoor toch wat lawaai, zwembad ook aan straatkant waardoor minder rust

First and foremost I would like to thank our hosts Nadia and Paolo who were incredibly friendly and helpful although our Italian was very minimal. Not only did they provide a tour of the Villa showing us how everything functioned, but they also provided a very nice welcome gift. Thank you for that. The house itself surpassed our expectations. It was incredibly clean upon arrival. It is very spacious and has lots of rooms and places to sleep. It was a luxury to have 4 bathrooms for a family of 4 people :) The house is fully equipped with all you need ranging from kitchenware to having a washing machine, a tumble dryer and electric shades for the windows, which is very helpful when it is close to 40 degrees celsius outside. The pool was larger than the pictures is showing 4x8 meters I would believe. Our youngest son who is just short of 160 cm could have his head over the water when on his toes. The water was a great temperature and clean especially due to the cleaning robot that belonged to the house. If staying here please do remember to visit Nadia and Paolo at their winery and restaurant just south west of Peschiera del Garda near the town called Boschetti. Both the wine and their other products from the farm are great!

Everything was great!!! The only constructive criticism I have would be that it would be great for Nadia and Paolo to place a small commercial pamphlet for their farm and winery in the Casa Danzi. We unfortunately did not understand that they had the farm until the last day of our stay. But hey, that gives is another reason to go to Italy next year!! :)

Private pool, apartment was adequate size for our family. Modern and very clean

Pool is roadside so noise and privacy are compromised a little but wouldn’t turn me off booking
