Well appointed apartment in great location

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was very central and within walking distance to everything Peschiera has to offer. Our host Ele was exceptional. She assisted with parking, restaurant discounts, and gave helpful advice and recommendations, Will be recommending to anyone planning a visit to this exceptional area.

Very comfortable, pleasant stay in a great location.

The apartment was excellent in every respect, comfortable with every amenity, including a dishwasher. Bathroom and kitchen were modern. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly - even leaving a few food and snack options. We arrived by train from Verona and the apartment was a 15 minute walk from the station. A range of shops and restaurants was nearby.

There was nothing to criticise about the hosts, location or amenities with this apartment. We would use it again if returning to Lake Garda.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location

Had everything we needed and great location. A few welcome goodies which were a nice touch. Super comfortable apartment and very clean. Bed was really comfortable. Elena met us in person on arrival which was lovely, she recommended a couple of nice places to eat too and they did not disappoint!

Slightly noisy outside in the mornings, woken up by glass bottles being deposited into bins by local restaurants. Not the apartment's fault and a small comment but one to consider if you're a lighter sleeper.

The property was well located, and all of the fixtures and fittings were like new plus the air con was excellent which was a bonus given the heat wave in Aug. The hosts were great and went above and beyond to help.

Superb stay with wonderful hosts!

Hosts were superb! Apartment was very clean and the aesthetics were superb, especially the bathroom. Location was excellent. Water pressure was great. Lounge was comfortable and kitchen had good facilities.

Bed wasn't that comfortable, and there was noise outside at night from the restaurants below.

Not clarity - not honesty - attention with the parking location and payments outside the formal transaction

The adds is not clear at all, actually it is confusing. There is a no cancellation policy and they add some extra supplements after the formal transaction is done so, customer MUST PAY for them otherwise it is going to lose the big payment. Based on what she wrote - honesty is to request more money of what was in the adds? So, why you requested 25 euros if in booking.com was 20 euros? Why you have to pay the parking spot to a third party? Why you never specify for the amount of the pet supplement? I have all the messages saved if you want to review them. Kindly request, avoid comments like customer like you, it is offensive.

Clean and spacious studio apartment in the centre of the old town

Great location right in the centre but still very quiet at night. Spacious, clean, great air conditioning (which was particularly welcome for my dog), comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Easy to park nearby, and the hosts helped with the luggage to the apartment.

The hosts left some dry toast and water, but no jam or tea/coffee.

Highly recommend, will not find anywhere better for the price

First of all, a massive thank you to our hosts who went above and beyond during our stay, they ensured we got their safe and even decorated the room beautifully for my girlfriend’s birthday! The location is brilliant and really easy to travel to anywhere via taxi/bus/train all just with a few minutes walking. The room has everything you need and the hosts even speak good English.

Excellent experience. The apartment was beautiful and cosy with all the necessary amenities and facilities. Ele and Guenda were warm and helpful and give us guidance on how to explore the city and its surroundings. The kids had a wonderful and memorable stay and look forward to coming back again

Easily one of the best booking.com accommodation I’ve stayed in. BEAUTIFULLY designed apartment, comfortable beds, super clean, perfect location, host is very sweet and kind.

It’s only very small things, didn’t affect the 10/10 rating at all, but it would have been good to have some towel hooks somewhere in the apartment for us to put our towels. And the induction stove needs at least one pant that doesn’t require a induction converter plate (it took 20minutes to simply fry eggs, the pan couldn’t get hot enough)

A surprising nice destination

The building is only with apartments for renting, and it is a nice one. The location is great, in the city center with access to everything. The studio is very cozu, clean and well equipped.

Sometimes, it is a little bit noisy, because of the restaurant nearby. But nothing to be too worried about.

A great bang for buck for an amazing vacation

The hosts were amazing at getting in touch before our arrival, so we can have a clear and effortless experience in arriving in the city center apartments. Very welcoming, giving lots of useful knowledge and places to visit and eat. The apartment was very clean, fresh, and well equipped. Everything is very near, so you wont have to walk long to see a lot of things. Also, you're very close to other places, like Sirmione, Gardaland etc... We had a great time!

great property, shame we could not stay for longer

good location in the heart of Peschiera and close to a huge choice of restaurants and shops. property host was extremely helpful and made suggestions of places to visit and things to do. She was also kind enough to collect us and drop us of at the train station, which in the heat was a total blessing and very kind. We were travelling as a family of 4 adults so booked the one bedroom apartment and the studio so we had plenty of space. Everything felt brand new and was very clean and tidy when we arrived.

Absolutely fabulous accommodation and very helpful and polite staff

The property is modern, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. The staff were really very helpful, friendly and courteous. We also booked a secure parking space which was easily located approx 5 minute walk.

although nothing to do with the property itself, more the location- some of the street services (bins, street cleaning etc) were quite loud early morning. also the noise from the bars on the square was a little loud, but it didn’t go on very late (stopped around midnight). but this is a very minor issue and to be expected from being right in the centre.

Spacious and clean. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. Very peaceful, despite being close to the centre of town. Checking in and out was very easy too!

Lovely Area in Peschiera .

Guenda was our host and was very welcoming and helpful. Check in and key hand over was easy. Apartments are clean and modern enough ,great air conditioning and heating if needed. Nice modern bathroom with shower. Microwave ,kettle and Hob. Location is very good for exploring Lake Garda ,boat hire near by and scooter hire. Restaurants right on the doorstep as is boutiques and local shops. Supermarkets are about 20 minutes walk or 5 by motor bike or car. Train station is 10 minute walk away which has bus stops also outside for connectivity to Italy and Verona Airport (taxi is about 50 euros to airport ),this is also where you get free shuttle bus to Gardaland or Movieland theme parks,which I highly recommend . Great place .

For me the bed was not conformable and the sofa was a little old,could also do with a full length mirror but these are very minor negatives. No cooker but a dishwasher also seemed strange . No taxi apps so was hard to actually get a taxi unless fluent in Italian ,its a little strange as most cities have at least uber or another version available. .

Wonderful stay in Peschiera old town, Lovely place to explore Garda Lake

Our stay was amazing, we really liked this place. Apartment has a modern chic style and fully equipped (kitchen / living room area, bedroom) and was clean and comfy, with wifi, many appliances and AC. It is also in a great location in Peschiera, 10/15 min from train station and a few minutes from ferries, public transports and navigation options at Garda Lake. The area is really beautiful, with lots of cafes and restaurants, since it is located in Peschiera old town. The hosts gave us lots of tips of places to explore and things to try, we felt really welcomed. Thank you for this stay, we hope to come back soon!

The apartment was lovely and clean, felt like home. I especially liked the fragrance of the room, and the complimentary gestures from the host which included: shampoo , soap , food basket and the water in the fridge. These little touches made a big difference. The host also provided us with tips on where to eat and the best places to visit. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and everything was of high quality. The host was also kind enough to allow us to store our bags after we had checked out.

The apartment lacked a full length mirror. This is my only point.
