The room was clean, well equipped, easy to check in and check out. A couple of nice places to grab a snack or a drink nearby.
Property is a bit further away from main attractions and the neighborhood was a bit noisy (children playing outside from 6:30 am, some maintenance going on and etc.) but I guess nothing that the property owners can do about it.

Comfy beds + good shower.
Very good wifi.
TV with Netflix.
Very compact yet well arranged, with closet and shelves.
Paid parking lots in the green area (lowest charge) are further towards the sea or on the main access street - we always found a spot during peak season.
A nice 30 min walk through the forest to the sea or along a promenade to the centre.
A food truck with plenty of sitting is close.
The place is quite exotic - entire blocks of private garages transformed into 2-storied apartment buildings, with some original garages still here and there.
Ground floor and open window for ventilation might mean noise from late comers or early risers.
Bench and ashtray under the window might mean smokers.
We were lucky to sleep only one night with a closed window when our neighbours decided to smoke and chat by our window late at night.

Clean and tidy, quite small but fine for short stay. It’s a 15-20 min walk from the centre which is good as it’s more relaxed
Shower didn’t drain very well so showering a 5cm of water other than that which I’m sure is a simple fix all was good

Clean room, with the fridge and TV.
I was assigned a ground-floor room with extremely poor sound insulation. Throughout the day, I could hear footsteps, conversations, doors, guests outside, traffic, children screaming, barking dogs, and chairs being dragged, making it impossible to relax.
The location is another drawback, with about a 30-minute walk to the centre of Nida and the nearest shops.
While the accommodation has some positive aspects- clean room, fridge and a TV, the excessive noise seriously affected my stay. I would not recommend a ground-floor room to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday.
