Amazing location for a reasonable price, however, the cleanliness could be improved

The location of the house is very good. Not far away from the Curonian lagoon. The rooms are spacious, there is kitchen, TV, etc.

The bed mattress of one of the sofa beds were dirty. Also, there was a bit of smell in the apartment when arrived. The house had a parking spot, however, because we arrived around 22:00, the barrier was closed and the host did not answer the phone, so we had to park on the street next to the apartment.

Spacious & comfortable stay

The apartment is spacious and has everything you may need for a comfortable stay, especially if you plan to stay longer, are traveling with pets or family. The place is quiet and calm, and very clean. The location is also great: close to the water, with plenty of cycling and walking trails around, as well as a few restaurants/cafes and a small shop nearby. The bed was comfortable as well.

We were a bit weary of the many instructions we received and confused about the extra price based on dog weight? But everything worked out well. Another thing: we came late in the season, during rainy and cold weather. It was a bit chilly inside the apartment, especially at night. Too bad there's no AC, but the heated floors in the bathroom definitely helped!

Good choice for a relaxing stay

The apartment had some great amenities—private parking was very convenient, and having a dishwasher and a cooler was a nice touch. However, the cooler wasn’t strong enough to reach the sofa room further in the back, which made it uncomfortably hot during the night

Not all skylights had blinds, so it got very bright early in the morning and hot in the kitchen, especially when cooking, and there was no bowl suitable for making salads.

Comfortable and relaxing stay in a beautiful environment.

I loved the spaciousness and design of the apartment, the cleanliness and of course, the beautiful view into the garden (our kitten loved it). Through the kitchen windows you can see the Curonian Lagoon as well. The surrounding village is quiet and very beautiful. We visited during the weekdays so it might become a bit more lively during the summer season peak.

If I’m nitpicking there’s only one thing I could see that’s worth to mention. There are a couple more sofas in the apartment besides the big double bed. There’s one just as you walk in through the door but it feels more like a a corridor than a bedroom. If you’re staying here with friends or kids, maybe it wouldn’t be so cosy or private for them.

Nice getaway to Preila

Nice location, spacious apartment.

Unfortunately, there were some dirty things that bothered us: there was a big balcony with cute view where you can enjoy a cup of coffee but it was very dirty and not welcoming to sit, the big window was also very dirty and not cleaned. Cracks in the sofa had dirt or sand in them.

Quiet location near to Curonian lagoon

Nice location: Curonian lagoon, children's playground, small shop and library are very close. Good walking/bike paths are short walk away. Apartment is quite spacious and well furnished.

Extra mattress was pretty dirty, strange smell in the stairwell, dull knives, no cutting board.

I was annoyed and frustrated by the extra charge. There was no warning before ordering.

1. There is an additional charge that was requested in cash and was not specified when ordering the service! 2. In the evening, drilling was done in another room, next door. The noise bothered me and lasted for a long time.
