Ruhig trotz vieler Appartments in einem Block, gut ausgestattet .
Alles offen, innen keine Türen, also Z.B. Schnarchen überall hörbar, sehr steile Treppe nach oben ohne Kindersicherung, kein Aufzug, zu wenig Parkplätze

Everything was very well organized and clearly communicated by the host. Before our arrival, we received all the necessary information about collecting the apartment keys, which made the check-in process easy and stress-free. The host also let us know in advance when the apartment was ready.
The apartment is in an excellent location, close to cafés and the beach. We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend it.
The only minor downside is that the apartment is quite dark, so on cloudy days, as we experienced during our stay, it can feel a little gloomy. However, during hot and sunny weather, it is a wonderfully cool and comfortable place to stay.
It is also worth noting that some of the ceilings are quite low, so taller guests may bump their heads a few times at first, but you quickly get used to it.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend the apartment.

Great location, parking onsite, relatively new apartment. Very calm location, great sound isolation. Host was very responsive and polite.
Could improve the cleanliness and be aware that the apartment is in the upper floor/attic, some parts are not very comfortable for taller people

It was super clean. Very well presented. Easy to access. The only thing was parking. We got lucky but it was never clear where you should park.
Bedrooms were in the apex and could be a problem for older people. But I am being very picky there.
