Calm and quiet place in the forest area. Very good location to access city center or the beach. By the bike or just walking. Old building with own aura. Very warm and friendly meeting at the reception and support throughout whole stay. The room is bit older style, but fully equipped with kitchen, bathrooms etc. Windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Balconies are very nice accent. Overall we enjoyed staying here.
Some items (as roller shutters) need slight refresh.

It seemed like we were in Hogwarts, really nice building. We got lucky to get apartment on the third floor with balcony. Nice view, sounds of birds, spacious rooms, everything needed. Clean and cozy place. Extremely kind and helpful stuff.

The location is good - next to a forest and bike path.
One of the hosts (the lady) was really trying hard to make the stay enjoyable.
The villa from the outside looks very charming - it was built in 1895. However the inside looks like the best of DIY design of 2000s.
The rooms are not as advertised - they use the pictures of their best rooms to advertise, but the majority of the rooms seems to have last seen renovation some 15-20 years ago.
If you get a triple or quadruple room - expect to get one double bed and one sofa (and they expect 2 people to sleep on the sofa)
One of the hosts (the male) was quite rude and blamed us for expecting to see the rooms as advertised in pictures. He said we should have read the description instead, and not looked at the pictures... The pets are listed as allowed on Booking, but it comes with certain conditions (breed, size, room location) - so best to call and check.
It was a long time ago since I had to hold the shower head in hand, because there was no holder on the wall:) There's small kitchenette in the room, but no tableware, no bowls, the electric stove took over 30 minutes to get the water boiling for eggs.
The host (at least the lady) seems to be trying really hard to make it all work, but the rooms would benefit from a bit of love. My unsolicited recommendation for the hosts - just put yourself into a shoes of a customer that finds your place on booking website, books certain room, then arrives, wants to take a shower, get a good night sleep, make some light breakfast in the morning and go out - and make sure you have everything needed in place and rooms are cozy. I'm sure your place could be one of the most popular in the area given building's charm and location.
