Patiko pati Pervalkos gyvenvietė, apartamentų vieta beveik pačiame centre. Bute pakankamai baldų, yra terasėlė po stogu su staliuku ir kėdėmis.
Pagal nuotraukas atrodė, kad būstas gerokai erdvesnis. Viskas įrengta pačiu pigiausiu būdu. Aplink labai arti kiti poilsiautojų būstai, vakarais ir naktį girdisi vakarojantys kaimynai.
