The was wonderful.

Those who arrived before were unable to access the house in the night as the code we had was not able to open the house. They got access only in the morning after calling the number that cames with the confirmation of the booking. That cause a serious stress as she was with 3 children not knowing what to do. Good enough an aquitant allowed the to seat in his car till morning. Other services were excellent.

We didn't like the way we could not access the house with the provided code.

Hafen Spitze pur, ein bisschen laut, aber ansonsten eine tolle Altbauwohnung mit hohen Deck und hölzernen Boden

The location in the city center, the view to the Hafen Spitze looking out of the windows, the decoration and the washdryer for the laundry. The wooden floor, height ceilings and the spacious rooms.

Parking situation is very difficult, since the parking close by is very expensive. The music from the pub is too noisy, and the shower requires some “renovation”. The mattress is the bed room facing the back yard is worn out, and there are no proper curtains, so the floodlights from the back yard are distributing the night sleep. Some more lamps might be useful.

Being just above an english pub with live music kept us awake till 4:30 in the morning.

The apartment was located just above an English Pub with very loud live music and heavy rock music til 4:30 in the morning. We were a familiy with 2 small children and the apartment was as such not suitable for an overnight stay, as it was impossible to sleep during the night. We didn't stay at the apartment the second night and had to find another place to stay the second night at our own cost. No one should have the same experience as we did without being warned. Ear plugs do not help.

Superb

The location is absolutely amazing, super central and in a short walking distance from restaurants, bakeries and shopping. The apartment is very spacious and comes with fantastic views.

It can get very loud at the downstairs pub but earplugs work wonders - just need to come prepared.

the noise and loud music from the pub a flor below was extremely high friday and saturday - and the bartender didn’t turn the volume down when I complained late at night eventhough the pub was closed and he apparently were cleaning. so please don’t book this facility if you sleep lightly or have small children…

Spacious flat - but better for party people

The apartment is spacious and the location seems good - directly at the harbour, you can walk everywhere, nice view. The furniture was nice, the kitchen was equipped well.

The shower is really difficult to manage, it’s either cold or hot water. Also, It would be nice in a big flat for 5 people if there was a dishwasher, I could forego the microwave, but washing up all the time was a bit annoying. What we really didn’t like was the two bars downstairs, the English pub right under our bedroom is open until 5 am on Fridays and Saturday- the music was too loud to have good nights sleep. If you like going out and only come home at 5 in the morning, you will have no problem and the beds were comfy. But if you stay here with a family and want to sleep at a “normal” time, then you should book a different flat.

Apartment is spacious. Nice view of ocean from windows. Great location near harbor.

Apartment had curtains hung on windows which contained a lot of dust which activated my allergies. The cleaning staff forgot to put toilet paper in bathroom. We had to use a roll of paper towels from kitchen. Water temperature in sinks and shower were impossible to control. No matter how much time you spent adjusting the temperature, you could never achieve a temperature that stayed consistent. It was either too hot or too cold. It made showering a challenge.

Elendig på grund af støjen fra Pubben

Lejligheden lå lige ovenpå den engelske pub, hvor der var live music fra kl 22-02, derefter jukebox til kl 5. så der var INGEN af os, der fik sov de to nætter, vi var der. Det er MEGET forkert, det ikke er nævn i beskrivelse af lejligheden Er meget skuffet over jer der udlejerlejligheden at der ikke bliver svaret, når jeg skriver en besked til jer. De gange jeg har skrevet til jer, inden vi ankom til lejligheden, har I svaret med det samme, men jeg er nok IKKE den eneste, der har klaget over støjen om natten, efter man er ankommet til lejligheden.

Sehr dreckig (es sah so aus als wäre überhaupt nicht sauber gemacht worden, z.B waren Krümmel auf der Couch, abgelaufenes Essen im Kühlschrank, das Bad dreckig (siehe Bild), der Boden klebrig und krümelig, der Tisch und Oberflächen grundsätzlich total dreckig (siehe Bild) etc.), der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, es gab kaum Küchenausstattung, es wurde Entschädigung, für den unsauberen Zustand versprochen welche niemals kam, auch nach dreifacher Nachfrage nicht… eine pure Unverschämtheit

Große Freude wird mit Leid gepaart, die traumhafte Stadtwohnung lässt dich akustisch am Leben teilhaben.

Eine sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mit top Blick über den Hafen, super Anbindung an die Stadt. Man wohnt direkt über dem Pub. Dieses ist zu akzeptieren, sonst ärgert man sich abends. Also einfach Treppe runter und mitfeiern.

Die Matratze im zweiten Schlafzimmer war „die schlechteste, auf der ich je geschlafen habe“. Die Duschecke könnte mit wenig Aufwand vom Schimmel befreit werden. Gleiches gilt für Fensterecken. Achtung gilt dem großen Parkplatz am Hafen: man muss den Tagessatz vorab bezahlen, im Nachgang wird der Stundensatz berechnet. Konnte aber telefonisch angewendet werden. Leider gibt es in der Wohnung keinerlei Informationen zum Drumherum - siehe Parkplatz. Etwas mehr Liebe zum Gast wäre toll.
