Die Erreichbarkeit, die Informationen vor ,während und nach der Reise. Geschmackvolle Ausstattung,Kaffee und Tee bereits vorhanden. Schnellste Reaktion auf ein kleines Problem,Parkplatz(kostenfrei)beim Objekt.
Die Fewo war für 6 Personen. Am Esstisch standen nur 5, den 6. musste man von der Galerie holen. Dann fehlte dort jedoch dr Stuhl für die Ablage. Ideal für 4 bis 5 Personen. Aber für einen Kurzauffenthalt auch mit 6 Personen. Der Balkon ist nur für 2 Personen und eher als Teppenpodest oder Ausstritt zu bezeichnen. Mit kleinen Kinder nicht benutzbar, da sich dort gleich die Metallgittertreppe auf den Gehweg befindet.( steil und hoch) Ideal jedoch für Raucher oder einer frühen Tasse ☕️)

Absolute Top Ausstattung und traumhafte, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Besser geht es wohl nicht in einer FeWo!
Lage am Gewerbepark und Zufahrt zur City nicht optimal. Jammern auf hohem Niveau….😉
