Very sneaky and dishonest owners!

The property as such is good

Our second stay at this place was unfortunately not nearly as pleasant as the first time, a year earlier. The actual stay itself was good even though the Wi-Fi was a bit dodgy in one of the apartments this time. What really annoyed us this time was however what happened afterwards. We were contacted by the owners regarding a broken window in one of the two apartments which we had rented. We had not noticed that the window was broken and hence we were very surprised, since we assumed that a broken window is something which we should definitely have noticed. After some discussion and sending of pictures we understood that the damage was on the OUTSIDE of the window. The reason for us not noticing it was that it was very high up and behind a blind which we never pulled all the way up. We had definitely not caused the damage nor knew anything about it, which we clearly explained. Here the story could and should have ended but unfortunately it did not. Even though we clearly explained that we had nothing to do with the damage and that we could not be held responsible for random damage occurring on the OUTSIDE of the house during our stay, they kept insisting on that we should pay. After us sending two polite but very clear messages that we did not intend to pay for the damage, they seemed to have understood that they had a very weak case and dropped the request even though we never got any reply on our messages which we find very unprofessional. We never understood why they assumed that we had caused the damage. Everyone has access to the outside and the damage was very high up, hence not a place were you accidently bump into when you pass on the outside. As the general memory of this stay was rather poor, stressful and unpleasant, we cannot recommend anyone to stay at this place since you run a high risk of being requested to pay for random damage on the outside of the house. We will for sure not be returning.

- extremely clean, modern apartment - high chair for baby was provided - comfortable bed - great supply of cooking utensils - parking sport directly in front of the apartment - supermarkets, bakery and drug store basically next door to the apartment providing everything you could need for your stay

- train noises very close - extra 10€ fee for using a baby crib

Dejlig rent sted med alt man behøver. Hyggeligt og med chokolade og dansk flag og julepynt.

Der var meget koldt og vi måtte pakke os ind i tæpper og uldsokker. Håndklæderne lugter mærkeligt? Ellers var alt fint.

Vi syntes der var en dejlig stemning i lejligheden, fra vi trådte ind af døren. Alt i nyere stand, og der er gjort noget ud af indretning. Sengene er af de bedre, dog lidt hårde til vores smag.

Håndklæder lugtede sure når de blev våde, de trænger til at blive udskiftet.

Praktisch für die 1 Woche.

Wir waren für das Fussballcamp vor Ort. Die Wohnung war praktisch, alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt.

Das Bad in unserer Wohnung war bissl klein, aber wir hatten die kleinste Wohnung weil wir zu 2. da waren. Sicher sind die Bäder in den anderen Wohnungen etwas grösser.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail

Die Vermieter Britta und Frank waren sehr freundlich. Unsere Wohnung war sehr freundlich und stimmig eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut, Drogerie und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar, Einkaufszentren und die Innenstadt sowie Hafen in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man findet alles nötige zum Kochen.

Das Badezimmer ist leider sehr klein, es gibt nur einen Duschkopf und keine Brause. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wären vielleicht noch Fliegengitter. Ansonsten alles top :)

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen

Lage war gut in wenigen Minuten konnten wir die Innenstadt erreichen. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung waren völlig in Ordnung.

Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer als jeweils eigenen Raum. Leider war ein "Schlafzimmer" im Wohnraum integriert. Hier musste man eine Holzleiter hinaufsteigen und hatte eine Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Die Deckenhöhe in dieser Empore war sehr niedrig sodass man hier nicht aufrecht stehen konnte. Weiterhin hat sich die warme Luft hier gestaut, was der Luftqualiät nicht gut getan hat. Die Duschwanne war sehr rutschig. Hier sollte über eine Einlage nachgedacht werden.

Sehr sauber, komplett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Betreuung durch die Eigentümer hervorragend, über aus freundlich und hilfsbereit

Schlafzimmer u. Bad in der "Töpferstraße" sind leicht beengt, konnten aber vermutlich wegen der Bauweise des Originalbaues nicht größer gebaut werden

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung war sehr gut und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Einziges Manko aber auch nicht schlimm war das man die Dusch Brause nicht abnehmen konnte da sie fest installiert ist, das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau 😀

Ideal für Selbstversorger, für Stadtliebhaber (wie uns) ein bisschen zu abgelegen vom wahren Leben

Die Wohnung war schön und gut ausgestattet, Betten waren bequem und die Buchung und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war völlig unkompliziert, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten

Die Lage am Rande eines Gewerbegebietes hat uns nicht so gut gefallen; Es gab zwar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe, aber um in die Stadt zu kommen, musste man schon den Bus nehmen, wenn man auf das Auto verzichten wollte Außerdem war es aufgrund gelegentlich fahrender Güterzüge für uns zu laut, um bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Wir mussten es schließen, dann war es ok. Auch fehlte uns eine Handbrause und es gab kein Fenster im Bad

Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt neben an sind Läden für den alltäglichen Bedarf, bis in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen.

Nette Wohnung in guter Lage.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und unkompliziert. Eine Benachrichtigung, dass die Wohnung bei Anreise bezugsfertig ist wurde uns mitgeteilt. Die Schlüsselübergabe wurde gut kommuniziert. Bei Fragen auch telefonisch zu erreichen und Notfalls schnell vor Ort. Die Wohnung war ausreichend und sehr sauber eingerichtet. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Lebensmittel Märkte und eine Drogerie. Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in alle Richtungen, auch über die Grenze nach Dänemark gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Gerne empfehlen wir Euch weiter.
