Lower Floor: Here you’ll find the bright living and dining area, one of the two bedrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen, which leads directly to the sunny, covered terrace on the quiet Marienkirchplatz. The terrace is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture—an ideal spot to unwind with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Upper floor: The second bedroom is equipped with an additional smart TV and comfortable beds with electric slatted frames. The modern, naturally lit shower room is also located on this level. A single bed is available for an additional guest on the open loft area of a small living room.
