Brilliant, Would stay again when in Glasgow

2 spacious bedrooms, one with ensuite.

Only small complaint is 2nd bathroom has no shower. Only a bath,but was no problem for us.

Great stay in Glasgow

Lovely apartment, very comfortable and clean. nice location and very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Very limited TV channels, not a massive issue for me personally but not the best when traveling with a teenager.

An ideal spot with everything needed for a great stay I would stay again

Location was perfect as near those we were visiting ,so handy for shopping at both Silverburn & Braehead We also travelled in to Glasgow city centre on bus from stop 5 minutes from apartment leaving car parked at door Apartment was homely & cosy in a lovely open environment

There was a strong drain smell in the ensuite which lasted the whole time we were there & the reception on TV was very eratic but both of these did not spoil our visit

Fabulous find!

Well-equipped sunny and warm 2 BR apartment with all the comforts of home. Easy parking and on a main road. It was lovely to have a good amount of space and cooking facilities after staying in hotel rooms.

Modern well equipped house near Bellahouston park - noisy at weekends.

Modern and comfortable

Very noisy nights at weekends due to social centre behind the bedrooms. Floors not terribly clean. Personally I found the high touch management company annoying - 20+ emails for one stay!

Location

Shower very small and bathroom in the main bedroom would smell on and off of sewer or septic. Not sure why but wasn’t nice. Rest of the apartment was great

It looked OK in pictured advertisement, I can't think of anything else I liked about the property

The stairs leading upto the property were steep which therewasn'tany mentionof stairsin the advertisement becausei wouldn't have booked this property if id known, the property was freezing cold when we arrived at the property, no instructions for the washing machine,it took at least 3 hours to do a load of laundry, no knobs for the gas cooker, broken mirror in the bedroom,the oven was dirty and when we turned the oven it started smoking and filled the kitchen in smoke, we had to open the patio door to let the smoke out and there was nothing in the oven because we was preheatingthe oven(it was disgraceful),there was no oven trays,no oven gloves which I wasn't expecting any of the above at all so it spoilt our 38th anniversary that we've been together.

Homely apartment within easy reach of the city.

This is a lovely property which also provided some nice touches eg teabags, condiments etc. I t has a very homely feel to it so i felt at home straight away. The location is ideal for grocery stores, is fantastic for bus transport links into Glasgow and is also within very easy reach of Bellahouston Park & Pollok Country Park.

The property was very clean apart from the oven - the inside of the oven door was filthy which meant that the first time that i used it the smoke belched out and stank the flat for the remainder of the evening. There also appears to be a problem with the drainage system in both of the bathrooms - there was a seriously pungent smell for 3 nights coming from the en suite bathroom which made for a very unpleasant sleeping experience. It would be beneficial to have this looked at asap. I noticed that a couple of people have left feedback about problems with the keys / locks however I had no problem using them. The check in process was unclear - i like to be organised with my travel plans and do not like leaving things to the last minute. I did not know whether i would pick up the keys for the apartment from a lock box or whether someone would meet me at the property to hand over the keys. I attempted to gain clarity with the company a few days before travelling but was unsuccessful. This meant that i had to phone and chase the company on the morning of my arrival - this was not ideal because i was already dealing with a delayed overnight flight / cancelled connecting flight / missing baggage. Fortunately however i did have a UK SIM to make the phone call.....if i had to use my Saudi SIM it would have cost me a small fortune to do so.

I would not rebook them

the service was quite poor the guy ok the phone was quite dismissive and lacking in basic hospitality skills infact he asked me to rebook another place if I was having trouble getting in while I was struggling with access and it was a rainy cold day. however the apartment was clean and well cared for

the coldness of the staff over the phone Their refusal to return our security deposit despite many follow ups. it’s been almost 21 days yet no refund

the location was excellent. good sized apartment

the property was advertised as having an elevator as their were two members of our group with mobility issues this caused major problems. on contacting yourselves it was made clear this was not your problem. all if this on a Sunday and the day before the public holiday for the Queens funeral and me travelling from Australia and the other two from Northampton. property was dirty and had not been cleaned properly dirty bed and bed linen. sofa was so sunken we were almost in the floor there was dirt and rubbish under the seats in the sofa. oven was filthy. wardrobe door fell off. very hard to enter the flat think something is wrong with the lock. apartment covered in fruit flies. we were still supposed to be staying for 14 nights and actually got moved to the lower floor which was a bit better. advertising pictures were obviously when first listed very misleading and I’m sure would constitute false advertising.

We had a lovely time. The apartment was exactly what we wanted.

We found the neighbours downstairs quite rude. We arrived a little late at 12pm due to a 4 hour drive. As we were walking around the apartment and talking we had banging on the ceilings. We were not being loud. We around say good morning and get stone cold looks. It made us feel quite uncomfortable.

The location was very central to our needs. The apartment was light and airy and well presented. The apartment was well equipped.

Although appeared clean the floors were very dirty. There were a lot of little flies in the building but unsure if related to the overfilled dustbins outside. The curtain pole & curtains were in the wardrobe and I had to report it to ensure I was not held responsible. Management team not inspect after each rental?

it’s a stunning property but very very tired. it was very dirty upon arrival blinds are broken there was food/dirt on the floors etc mould on the kitchen worktop handprints all over the mirrors cupboard door nearly off it’s a shame as it’s a beautiful apartment

December visit

Beautiful apartment with good transport to city centre. Although heating/hot water issue not really resolved Roberto attended promptly and was a friendly cheery face.

No heating on in apartment on arrival. Surely in December it should be on when guests arrive. No hot water all weekend. Did expect to receive apology for the problems after our visit but none received.

Perfect base for trips out of town and visiting the city

Accessible location, excellent parking, lovely apartment with lots of space and facilities. We decided to stay in and cancelled restaurants as we loved the chilled feeling of being there, a can and cosy place. Very clean and generally well kept. Excellent communications. Did not bump up prices during COP26!

Could sleep four (we were two) but not enough crockery and cutlery for four. No tea towels.
