Private, quiet, good parking and spaciousness.
Bathroom upstairs was too small for me, I couldn't move around in the bathroom without banging my head. The master bed was uncomfortable.... but the sofa bed in the downstairs was fine.

Really convenient location and enormous driveway to park on. House itself was very nice with a large living room, TV with a Sky Q box and very decent kitchen that includes features that other properties don't have such as a dishwasher.
Host easy to contact and helpful.
Both I and the friend I was with found the beds very uncomfortable.
Additionally some parts of the property need a bit of TLC. The paintwork is an absolute state in some places (photos attached) and the front door catches on a warped part of the floor which is water damaged.
