2-Bed Cottage Sleeps 4 10 mins to Glasgow Centre

A huge place, we had a feeling of staying in a castle. Large yard, ample place to park our car. Easy to find in the city.

Except for the fact that we were given the key for Unit 6A, (the large home) by the owner, and proceeded to empty our car of our belongings and getting all unpacked and ready to settle in, that an hour later, we got a knock on the door asking us to move to Unit 6, because it had been rented to an other group, and the owner made a mistake. That was most unpleasant to say the least. Also, although the reservation says the unit has two bedrooms, to accommodate four adults (as it was our case) it only had one double bed and a single bed, good for three persons only. We ended up using the coach. I think the owner should have given us some sort of compensation for all our troubles. But nothing was offered, and I find this most disappointing about the owners.

Wir hätten gerne mehr Besteck gehabt. Nach der letzten Renovierung wurde auf viele Kleinigkeiten nicht geachtet, z. B. Kaputte oder schimmlige Fugen, kaputte Verblendungen an der Küchenzeile.

Private, quiet, good parking and spaciousness.

Bathroom upstairs was too small for me, I couldn't move around in the bathroom without banging my head. The master bed was uncomfortable.... but the sofa bed in the downstairs was fine.
