The view and the space in the apartment are the absolute best parts. Andrea was very quick to respond and very helpful with answering questions and helping in any way he could. Aside from a spatula the apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable but that is totally subjective. There is a washing machine and hanging to dry. The rooftop patio is shared but we never saw anyone else use it so it was basically ours!
The shower is quite small, easier for a female than a larger male. This is on the 4th floor with no elevator. The steps were a bit tiring after a day of hiking …but we could justify all the delicious local treats! A new hostel opened below and we found the hostel people stayed out on the deck and we could hear them. Andrea called on our behalf so hopefully this can be resolved. We are also very light sleepers. Other people probably wouldn’t care.

Good view and a lovely host! He had good communication and was accommodating. Appreciated multiple bathrooms and the cute decor around the apartment and murals on the walls. Probably the most convenient location possible, right next to train station.
Stairs. Many stairs - be warned! It was a rough go with our luggage. There were some cleanliness and restocking issues (hair in drain, hand soap empty). Luggage storage nearby costs money and requires cash (they have a cute cat though).

Fantastic location right beside the train station. The four flights of stairs were a workout, but expected! Besides we were there to hike! . Great for sharing with friends and the second bathroom was a real bonus. Extremely well‑equipped, and André was an exceptionally accommodating host. The private terrace was wonderful with beautiful views of the delights of Cinque Terre!
