Astoria Villa maison d hôtes Appartement vue mer avec piscine

Super Ausblick aufs Meer , tolle Lage, freundliche Gastgeberin, schöner Pool., schattiges Plätzchen in der Mittagshitze 😊

Etwas steiler Weg ins Zentrum, viele. Urlauber am Strand

spacious clean apartment, great pool, wonderful view to the sea, nice accessories in apartment (sun hats, yoga mat), very comfortable king size bed, only 4 minutes walk to beautiful Plage du Bestouan, only 10 minutes walk to Cassis Vieux port with a big choice of restaurants

The kitchen equipment is sparse - but we never cooked meals, so no problem for us.

Very close to the bestouane beach just 3min. And close to the national park where you can find (les calanques) 30 min walk. The studio was clean and well decorated. Also there is a pool in the villa you can swim and relax. Caroline (host) was very friendly and helpful.

Just one thing, the internet signal wasn’t reaching the studio well, sometimes the signal is very weak. Everything else is good 👍

The location.

The accommodation was nothing like the photos. On arrival, we struggled to get into the unit because the sliding door was near impossible to move. The kitchen is falling apart and there is a lack of basic utensils. The shower leaks water all over the bathroom floor. The hand shower in the bathtub sprayed water everywhere. The bed had only a sheet to sleep under and only offered 2 continental pillows to sleep on. The is no shelves in the cupboards to pack your clothing. All the decorative elements like scatter cushions and throws were absent. There is a major problem with mosquitos which makes using the pool or leaving your door open impossible. There are those black and white mozzies that cause huge carbunkle like bites. This is not a hotel. There is no cleaning service, no clean towels on the regular. We stayed for 10 days and we had to ask for someone to clean our place midway through our stay. I could go on on. But honestly, we tried to make the best of a bad situation by going down to the beach everyday and just staying there.
