Initially booked as a VRBO, thinking we had the apartment to ourselves. Turns out the owner actually is operating the apartment as a boutique hotel. This was our second stay and Alessio was transparent about another couple being in residence at the same time. Privacy was ensured and the rooms all had their own bathroom and mini fridge.

Alessio was a wonderful host. His property is immaculate, and newly renovated. We found him to be very respectful and thoughtful

Alessio was extremely helpful and pleasant during the entire process, even beforehand. He offered to come to the apartment just because I could not find the garbage bags! Alessio has obviously worked hard to create a beautiful space. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, there were bathrooms for each room, we were allowed use of the kitchen, the historic center and the Ballaro market are very close. The only down side is that loud motorcycles and cars playing oddly loud music (like, are they deaf?) would drive by until like 3am. That street noise was occasionally very loud in 3 of the bedrooms, although we did manage to sleep ok. But this is not something under Alessio's control. To Alessio and the apartment we give 5 stars.
