Very spacious home with two bathrooms. Margherita was very helpful in guiding us and arranging transfers for us. We had a couple of small issues while we were there but these were quickly resolved
There is a lift in the building which was great, but those with mobility issues might not find it great as there are some steps in the main hall area and within the apartment

Location was great and staff was really helpful. It had everything we needed.
The aircon wasn’t working when we arrived and had to call maintenance support. It took about 1 hour and it was working as the main system wasn’t turned on yet. Not sure why since it was 80 degrees. Everything else was good
