The apartment has 2 balconies, each with a small bar table and two chairs. Also ideal for extended stays or business trips. The neighborhood features bars, restaurants, and shops. All of the city’s main attractions are within walking distance.
THE ACCOMMODATION
T-home 2 is located right in the heart of the city, on the second floor of an elegant historic building with an elevator and concierge service, and has been recently renovated to ensure guests an extremely comfortable stay.
The Wi-Fi is fiber-optic and has strong reception throughout the entire apartment.
The decor blends contemporary design with modern vintage pieces.
All windows and doors are fitted with high-performance soundproof glass.
The 130-square-meter apartment features a spacious entryway and a large, bright open-concept living room with a sofa, Smart TV, round dining table, and an Art Nouveau desk—ideal for remote work.
In one corner of the living room is the comfortable kitchen with an island, fully equipped with everything you need.
Two balconies offer views of the city and feature a small table and two chairs for breakfast or a snack in the sun.
A hallway leads to the two double bedrooms and the bathrooms, both of which feature spacious walk-in showers.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a bed measuring 140x200. Access to the second bathroom is from the hallway.
A convenient laundry area and a walk-in closet will be at your disposal.
The entire apartment will be at your disposal.
A 24-hour garage, accessible with its own remote control, is available 20 meters away for 20 euros per day.

Our stay was amazing. The condo is simply beautiful with beautiful high ceilings and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. It was a peaceful oasis in the middle of the historic city equipped with everything you could need. Angelo is an amazing host and arranged a shuttle from the airport, a chiropractor for me as well he left for us in coffee, water and wine A true Sicilian welcome. Thank you for a memorable stay Angelo

This apartment was appointed with everything you could possibly need. In addition, the location was perfect. Right in the center of everything and you could walk anywhere.

This property is a spacious oasis in the middle of Palermo. The photos do not capture the elegance and decor details. It was very comfortable for four adults. The only amenity lacking was a microwave. Strong Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water in the luxurious shower. Very quiet with high quality windows. Bright lighting emitted from the most exquisite lamps I have ever seen. Yes, I applaud the decorator but the apartment was equally well appointed.
