Uprzejmość i troska gospodarzy o nasz komfort, błyskawiczna pomoc w potrzebie, wygodne łóżka, lokalizacja, gastronomia w pobliżu - piekarnia, kawiarnia z ogromnymi lodami, owoce morza, uliczne bary, restauracje nad wodą, niedaleki punkt sprzedaży tuńczyka, widok z balkonów na morze, mały port i łódki.

Czysto, nowocześnie urządzone, fenomenalny kontakt z właścicielem, 20 min spacerem do centrum
Lokalizacja wokol apartamentu trochę kontrowersyjna, ale to Palermo, nie ma mozna duzo oczekiwać, poza tym zero minusów :)

Apartamento nuevo, cómodo y amplio. Por dentro ninguna pega. Todo perfecto
El barrio. Es bastante feo y al principio da un poco de miedo. Luego te das cuenta que es lo habitual de Palermo. Puedes aparcar el coche en la calle gratis aunque queda un poco lejos del centro

Appartement neuf rénové, spacieux.
Attention, l’annonce est MENSONGÈRE à propos de la place de parking. Ce n’est clairement pas une place de parking « privée » mais tout simplement un endroit dans la rue où il y a des endroits gratuits où on peut mettre la voiture mais ce ne sont pas des vraies places.
Le quartier est malfamé avec des SDF en bas de l’immeuble, et des poubelles.
La communication avec l’hôte est limitée, uniquement en italien. Il faut le contacter pour ouvrir la porte la première fois…
La douche est bouchée et l’eau s’accumule donc pas agréable de prendre une douche.
Il faut laisser l’argent en liquide sur la table à la fin pour régler la taxe d’habitation…
