Perfekte Lage 😁 mitten in der Stadt und nah zum Bahnhof Dennoch schön ruhig gelegen
Die eine Matratze müsste mal erneuert werden Sofa/bed ist sehr unbequem zum Schlafen

Die Lage ist sehr gut
- nur ein Schlüssel für 5 Erwachsene - Küchenutensilien sehr spärlich vorhanden - Bad und WCs tw defekt, nicht sauber, Schimmel - Dachterrasse nur eingeschränkt nutzbar - kein Stuhl und Tisch
