Lumar Sicilia - Magione

Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Den 3 Stock über das (ziemlich ramponierte) Treppenhaus zu erreichen ist erstmal etwas mühsam, aber die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet und auch die Lage fußläufig zur Stadtmitte hat uns gut gefallen. Luca ist sehr hilfsbereit und war gut zu erreichen um bei unseren Fragen zu unterstützen:)

Wir empfehlen zu bestimmten Events einen ZTL-Zone Pass denn während des Radio Italia Live Konzerts kamen wir aufgrund der Sperrung ohne diesen nicht zu unserem airbnb durch.

We stayed with a 9 month old baby and the apartment fulfilled all of our needs. It was very clean and comfortable, host was very easy to collaborate and communicate. She provided us with a nice crib for our baby as well. Location is good since we were close to the city center but the central train station as well.

Grand, confortable, et situé assez centralement, proche de la gare. Très bonne literie! Bonne communication avec le propriétaire

This appartment is in a good location. It is fairly well equipped. The double room is very pleasant and is airy and well appointed. There is air conditioning. There are interesting views from the windows.

We were unaware that there were 71 stairs to go up with our luggage. At 76, this was quite a daily challenge, even without luggage and it should be flagged up. We had great difficulty identifying the property, despite google maps taking us a very circuitous route there. The number 5 is quite small and the name of the road is missing on the street.There should be a couple of photos of the front on the website. The shower and taps in bathroom were very watermarked. We asked the owner by message to book us a taxi for a 9.15am appointment, which they did (9.00am I thought was cutting it fine - their decision). The driver turned up at 9.25. Then we were stuck in traffic. This was not acceptable. A very stressful start to the day. Neighbour complained about water from the air con going on to her balcony below. We kept emptying the container (not warned to do this) but there is also a leaking pipe, which didn't help.
