Great apartments in Palermo especially if you are with kids this place absolutely makes sense. We stayed here for two nights and it was very comfortable and located in excellent place.
We took two bed apartment, and apparently the toilet my mother was using constantly had smells. I am not sure if it’s just that way or wasn’t cleaned properly but it was defo a negative

Great location. Well maintained. Essentially it is a hotel apartment building without a front desk or common areas. If you happen to have a car, the hotel is outside the ZTL zone, which is good. Found street parking easily.
Hallways were dark. No common area for coffee or to interact with staff. Can be long walk up stairs if you find the small elevator a bit too tight fit.
