Everything - it was so wonderfully located, our suite was so clean and beautiful. A lot of the air conditioning wasn’t sufficient in other properties we stayed at in Palermo but it was so cool, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

The property is comfortable with nice furniture and is well decorated. The air conditioning works well in high temperatures.
The hot water kept tripping out. We notified once and it was fixed straight away. We managed to fix it another time and then it went out late at night when the office was unattended.

Location
Noisy stairwell and our room was also next to 24hr roof top access. The gas hissing in between the walls . Tv didn’t work properly either.
