Despite the hill it was easy to access the beach and village. We also had a daily visit from the friendly guineafowl.

The lack of an onsite launderette was the only downside. And the pool didn't seem to be open.

For the price paid and considering it’s been around 40 years since I’ve stayed in a static mobile home, the shower was excellent, the instant central heating was amazing and only needed to be on for ten minutes. All the furniture was comfortable, everything was well stocked for self catering needs and spotlessly clean.

I thought Wi-Fi was available in the home, it wasn’t, however we could get in the bar nearby, so no major inconvenience really.

The Caravan was very clean and homely. Few bits about the location that weren't great, but over all a comfortable, clean and well thought out holiday let.

The location of the caravan wasn't great. The park itself is on a very steep hill, and then to get to the caravan was even steeper. I had my elderly parents with me, so had to drive everywhere as they could not manage the hills. I accept North Devon is hilly, but I wish I had known it was on such a steep hill. Check for 9am was a little early too.
