The property was nothing as described Sea view on booking .com and Sykes holidays this caravan has 2 concrete chalets to the side and a massive brick building to the front and rear massive hedges this was booked as my partner was disabled due to this description which is completely false description When speaking to the owner she denied any knowledge of the property advertising sea view and said absolutely nothing to do with me speak to booking.com or Sykes And to sum it all up water cut of in day time thankful it was night time This caravans cost was expensive for a 3 day break in a closed down John Fowler Site over £350.00 which you wouldnt mind if described correctly this was a complete scam Look on Facebook for Updates

For the price paid and considering it’s been around 40 years since I’ve stayed in a static mobile home, the shower was excellent, the instant central heating was amazing and only needed to be on for ten minutes. All the furniture was comfortable, everything was well stocked for self catering needs and spotlessly clean.

I thought Wi-Fi was available in the home, it wasn’t, however we could get in the bar nearby, so no major inconvenience really.

Lovely stay in Combe Martin, apart from the steep hill.

The Caravan was very clean and homely. Few bits about the location that weren't great, but over all a comfortable, clean and well thought out holiday let.

The location of the caravan wasn't great. The park itself is on a very steep hill, and then to get to the caravan was even steeper. I had my elderly parents with me, so had to drive everywhere as they could not manage the hills. I accept North Devon is hilly, but I wish I had known it was on such a steep hill. Check for 9am was a little early too.

Brilliant & friendly owner who couldnt do enough for you. Spotlessly clean throughout. Lots of little extras given ( unexpected but awesome). Beautiful comfy caravan & a great location. Perfect & will be booking again ❤

A quiet and comfortable place to stay-and good value.

Ochonta was an excellently-equipped. modern property located 10 minutes walk from scenic Combe Martin village. I visited late Nov. early Dec. and it was great to have central heating. This could really extend the season for the accommodation.

Excellent!

Fantastic communication from hosts and lovely clean van on arrival. Beds were super comfortable and we felt we had everything we needed. Little extras were a very nice touch too! Plot quiet and peaceful with nice outside seating. Location itself is great for exploring the surrounding areas. Park itself quite basic but we saw the facilities as an added bonus to all the other amazing things to do in the area. Would definitely return. Thank you for making our stay so special xx

A perfect, quiet and relaxing break in a stunning caravan!

We truly loved our quiet and relaxing break. The caravan is extremely well kept and looked after, so clean and has everything you would need. It’s location is tucked back from the main site, and so quiet and peaceful. Location for the site itself is perfect, and only a short stroll from the village, with great pubs, chippys and shops… and convenient for short trips to Illfracome and Woolacombe. Communication with owner was fantastic, and I would highly recommend the Ochenta for your stay in North Devon.

Fun relaxing place to stay when in North Devon.

The location is superb. It is right next to the Combe Martin beach. The property was very clean and comfortable, There were 4 of us but can comfortably house 6 people.

First holiday in a long time made even more lovelier by the accommodation

This place is a hidden gem located in a quiet place on the site. It had everything you needed and so clean. It was a pleasure to have as our home for the week. It helped make the perfect first holiday we've had since the beginning of lockdown and we was so lucky to get the weather too! Abbi the owner is lovely and could not of been more helpful if we needed anything. The welcoming package and the little touches she added made it a home from home. Totally recommend.

Very enjoyable short break near stunning coastline

A very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well presented caravan with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent and we were able to arrive earlier than we had expected. The site had good facilities and it was just a short stroll into Combe Martin.

We could hear the sea but couldn't see it from the caravan as the view was blocked by trees. But it was a pleasant peaceful location.

We booked this caravan not ever stayed at John Fowler parks previously we usually stay at Woolacombe holiday village .however both caravan and the park went well above our expectations caravan was well equipped clean and lovely furnishings .holiday park very good location easy walk into the beach resort staff were very friendly and facilities good and were very aware of coved restrictions however still were welcoming gardens were immaculately kept and we are hoping to return later in the year .However it did help that we had excellent weather .well done to Combe Martin beach holiday park and the owner of Ochenta caravan .Excellant

Having looked in to some of the chalets they did appear to be very cold and un inviting maybe few cushions etc and home comforts to make it feel welcoming though very clean I’m not sure they would appeal to myself caravan we stayed in however was above to make it feel welcoming I know this is a personal choice I will look forward to returning though
