This well presented two bedroom cottage sleeping up to 5 people with front and rear enclosed courtyard gardens and located less than a mile from the local beach where you can enjoy some amazing North Devon sunsets!. Ground Floor:

Enclosed back garden with patio, courtyard, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Public car park, at cost; Additional on road parking (restrictions may apply). No smoking. Please note: Step in garden.. A lovely corner holiday cottage located under a mile away from the local beach – the perfect place to enjoy some of the best sunsets in this amazing region. The surrounding area has many attractions waiting to be discovered such as the local beach at Combe Martin where you can enjoy the stunning sunsets of the North Devon coast. On the doorstep is Combe Martin’s very own Wildlife & Dinosaur Park and the surrounding area boasts other attractions such as Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve, Watermouth Bay & the South West Coast Path, the lovely Fuchsia Valley, Watermouth Castle & Theme Park and don’t forget the nearby town of Ilfracombe with its very own harbour and port which dates back to at least the 12th Century with quality ice cream, fish & chip and various craft shops plus Damien Hirst’s Verity statue which is a must-see.
Trips to Lundy Island, coastal cruises, fishing, sea-life safaris and diving are also all available from here. Take a trip on the Ilfracombe Princess and see seals, porpoises and sea birds nesting on the cliffs. Try your hand at sea fishing on Blue Fin or take an exhilarating tour of the amazing coastline on the Ilfracombe Sea Safari or on the Hampshire Rose, a former RNLI Lifeboat.
Combe Martin is also perfectly situated to enjoy the countless other North Devon attractions such as the popular Tarka Trail which provides the unique opportunity to follow a disused railway line allowing you to enjoy some of Devon’s finest countryside and scenery stretching from Barnstaple through to Bideford and beyond. And then there’s stunning Exmoor National Park with its beautiful night skies, just 6 miles away and Lynton & Lynmouth, 13 miles to the northeast with its incredible sea views, rugged cliffs and amazing funicular cliff railway which opened in 1890 and is the highest and steepest totally water powered railway in the world!
