The location is fabulous and was absolutely as described. Pure charm.
We loved absolutely everything and the history was communicative throughout the whole process and gave us lots of suggestions for what to do around the island. We were there for an event so had little time but Guy’s suggestions were marvelous.

Abbiamo soggiornato in dieci amici al Molino per Capodanno ed è stata un’esperienza davvero molto piacevole. Il posto è incantevole e suggestivo, e nonostante il tempo non fosse dei migliori, siamo stati tutti molto bene.
L’ospite si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre presente e attento. La casa è un po’ “âge”, quindi leggermente datata, ma proprio per questo ha un fascino autentico ed è dotata di tutto l’essenziale per stare comodi e godersi il soggiorno.
Il giardino è molto piacevole e curato. La casa è stata riconsegnata in ottime condizioni, esattamente come promesso :-)

A truly unforgettable stay! We were captivated by the charm of this beautifully restored historic mill.
The villa itself is so charming, spacious, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. It balances Italian rustic charm with comfort and elegance - a peaceful sanctuary nestled in Elba’s landscape.
Location is perfect for exploring Elba’s beaches, trails, towns. Not to mention the incredible sunsets!
Communication with Guy was A+ and check in was smooth. I also liked the little touches throughout the property that made our stay effortless and relaxing.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Elba. We cannot wait to return one day 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

La casa è ampia e spaziosa, immersa nel verde, l'ideale per spendere alcuni giorni con un gruppo di amici, come abbiamo fatto noi.
Il personale estremamente cordiale e gentile! Noi abbiamo avuto modo di avere a che fare con Chiara che si è dimostrata disponibile e gentilissima e sempre pronta a darci consigli e suggerimenti sui luoghi dell'isola da visitare!
Mi è piaciuto tutto, solo una piccola nota antipatica (ma che non definirei davvero negativa):
la presenza di alcune formiche in cucina. Credo sia assolutamente normale per una casa al piano terra in campagna trovare degli insetti, ma questo ci ha obbligati ad essere sempre attenti a chiudere bene tutto il cibo che avanzava aperto. Nulla di drammatico però.
