An authentic paradise. So peaceful and beautiful. The hotel is great, the rooms are breathtaking, so spacious and really clean. The pool is amazing. Breakfast is delicious with local and gorgeous ingredients. The bar Sal8 serves the most amazing BBQ food. I highly recommend this hotel for a magical getaway in Tuscany.

Everything was beautiful, the place and the stuff and the atmosphere..

One thing that was little disappointing that they didn’t have anyone to help us with luggage very early in the morning and the taxi struggled so much to get up hell from the room side we almost missed our train, maybe consider affording something to help with the luggage at any time the visitor had to check out..

First and foremost the restaurant. With service that was slow and pretentious. We booked for a birthday celebration and informed them on our reservation. They did message us in advance wondering if we had any special requests. The bar service was a harbinger of things to come. Arrogant and aloof. It went from there to absent! 45 minutes waiting for a waiter once we arrived at our table at 20:00 as scheduled. Others came after and apparently were of greater importance. For the first time ever, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. They were apologetic to be fair, but a restaurant if this caliber needs to be much better. Even a well placed “we’ll be with you soon.” Instead niente, nulla. The breakfast was without fresh pastries but it did have yogurt and muesli. (Che figata!—how nice!) We had to wait for a table and after 15 minutes had to forage for cappuccinos. We drove to a nearby osteria and dined on traditional Tuscan Cuisine which we could have enjoyed near our home at considerably less expense. We are generally easy to please. This place in our opinion needs a reckoning. Obvious poor communication, teamwork and lack of a service mission.
