Villa Porticciolo is located along the panoramic road of the town of Rio Marina, from which it is about 2 km away.
Close to the property, you can find lots of intimate, tiny and quiet coves, with their crystalline waters are real corners of paradise;
Porticciolo beach is the closest one and it is accessible directly from the villa, while Luisi d'Angelo beach is a 5-minute walk away.
In the town center you can find all the services, such as bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
Rio Marina and Villa Porticciolo are the perfect destination for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
THE VILLA (110 Sqm)
- The FIRST FLOOR has a large living room with a pull-out small double sofa bed, which leads to the terrace overlooking the sea. Double bedroom with access to the terrace. Small sea view room with two single beds. Kitchen. 2 bathrooms, both with shower cubicles.
- The GROUND FLOOR has a small kitchenette, two double bedrooms from which you can enjoy a pleasant sea view (both from the kitchen and from the bedrooms). Bathroom with shower. Independent entrance.
- OUTSIDE we find a gazebo with table and chairs where you can have lunch, a barbecue and armchairs to make all the moments spent here comfortable, under the shade of an old cypress. Independent entrance.

Wir haben sehr den Blick aufs Meer genossen, genug Platz im Haus und ringsherum, auch auf dem Balkon. Über die Treppen und den kurzen Waldweg ist die Bucht sehr schnell zu erreichen und ist sehr schön zum schwimmen. Der Ort ist 1/2 Stunde zu fuss entfernt. Nordöstlich ausgerichtet war es im Herbst schon recht kühl und hatte nur bis nachmittags Sonne. Ich kann das Objekt sehr empfehlen .
