About this house rental
135 sqm house with AIR CONDITIONING (which also functions as heating in winter) in the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. Well-maintained garden with views of greenery. Located 900 meters from the beach and 1 km from the market.
Ground floor:
Large equipped terrace, spacious living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a double bedroom.
First floor:
Double bedroom, one bedroom with a crib and a double bed or two single beds, and another bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms.
Fenced garden.
This house is very convenient due to its large garden, a key attraction, along with its location close to the beach (900 meters, approximately an 11-minute walk) via a pedestrian path leading to Via del Tennis. Enjoyable views of the hills surrounding Punta Ala. The house is very quiet and private. A second terrace on the first floor surrounds two sides of the house, providing additional comfort. Barbecue.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the garden and the house. Parking is easy to find on the street, and an additional large parking lot is located just a few meters away, at the end of Via del Fornino.
The house is part of a complex of four identical homes, sharing only the driveway leading to the properties.
Our representative will welcome you upon arrival and conduct a check-out inspection at departure. We offer 24/7 phone assistance and emergency staff during office hours.
Linen is not included.
A rental service is available upon request at a price of €15 per person per week. The linen set includes bed sheets and bathroom towels.
The tourist tax in Punta Ala, within the municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia, is €1.00 per night per person aged 12 or older, payable in cash upon arrival.

wie schon letztes Jahr haben wir unsere Sommerferien in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm ( im Vorfeld wie auch während dem Urlaub). Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! By Googletranslate: come l'anno scorso abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze estive in questa bellissima casa vacanze. La casa è perfetta sia per le famiglie sia per amici con figli. L’unica pecca è la distanza dal mare peró risolta con il posto macchina riservato al bagno incluso nel prezzo.

Una bella casa nella pineta di Punta Ala, con un grande giardino, ben accessoriata . Ideale per 4/5 adulti + 2 ragazzi. A 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia . Ci ritprneremo
